A Company that really cares!
We have had Pets Healthplan since 2009 and the service and caring of the staff is amazing!!
They are always happy to answer any questions and the claims are taken care of very quickly.
I do not know of any other Insurance Company that goes above and beyond the way they do.

Very Happy
After my Girl was diagnosed with Cancer, Embrace Has been the one thing that has allowed us to continue her Chemotherapy. With out question they have processed our claims quickly and allowed us to continue to get her the treatment she needs!

Very Pleased !
Like everyone else who gets pet insurance , we hope we never have to use it . Unfortunately, our puppy needed surgery in his first year of life . Embrace coverage was as advertised ! No surprises and extremely responsive ... Very pleased and we would highly recommend Embrace to everyone .

Fast and easy claim settlement.
We've had this pet insurance for years and never had to use it until now. Our dog Deacon had a fatty mass in the arm pit area that was growing quite large. The vet recommended we have it removed because of the location of the mass. The vet submitted all the estimates and Embrace got back to us immediately and covered just about everything. After the test, blood work and procedure we received reimbursement from Embrace very quickly. Very happy. Very impressed.

A reliable, awesome company with great communication
Embrace is the best! Fast friendly, dependable service. They do what they promise, and don't find excuses not to pay when you have a claim. They are also excellent at communication. I recommend them to everyone I know! Recently I overheard the vet tech telling a client that one of their other clients uses Embrace, and they love it. I said, that's me! Or maybe it's not just me!
