Totally impressed with Trupanion's services
They have been above and beyond my expectations. My dog got diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis and had to be hospitalized for 4 days. We thought it was going to be a horrific experience financially. Trupanion made it so easy for us to get reimbursed.

Fast claim response. Great customer service
My Labrador has been insured with Trupanion for 4 years. Unfortunately, she has gad a number of illnesses and several surgeries. Trupanion has been there for us. They always handled the claims rapidly and interacted with the Vets fir information when necessary. I am so glad I opted for Trupanion. I highly recommend Trupanion to all my friends with pets!

Top of the line pet insurance
I have been with Trupanion for 5 years now. My puppy came with 30 days of Trupanion insurance. He is an English Bulldog, so I knew there would be no shortage of claims on my end.
Trupanion has covered everything. Surgeries; cherry eye, scratched cornea, all medications which Truman will need to be on the rest of his life.
Trupanion is a pleasure to deal with. I submit my claims and everything is processed and I have a check within two weeks. I could not be happier with the policy I have with them.

outstanding service and quick payment
Trupanion was exceptional in their concern and handling of Ranger's claim, follow through with the providers, and quick payment. The Claim person on the telephone line expressed true concern for my dog's health and made me feel as though he understood my worry.
