Excellent one should insure there pets
Wish I didn't have to put in a claim but it was better than I thought it would be. My claim was handle fast and have already been reimbursed. I have three other dogs which I have also insuranced. Thank You

Happy Customer
The review and process time for claim processing and reimbursement has definitely improved in the last year.I have a policy on both of my beagles including wellness care. Have to had to use them several times now and was glad I had this coverage. The service has been excellent. I am one happy customer..!

Not worth the money
We have had the insurance for many years. Never has a claim gone without a problem. The latest was they denied a claim before they even asked for the medical records to find out if the illness was covereed

Many vet trips have been covered
I have 2 staffies that unfortunately have had many problems in the short year and a half we've had them that resulted in vet visits. If it's not one it's the other. Minor issues like ear infections and such to Kali's severe allergy treatments and Bailey's surgery. First it started off with a blockage while pooping. She ended up passing it herself but in the mean time, she had to stay at the vet's for a couple days getting X-Rays and ultrasounds. Even though she passed it, she still had plenty in her stomach and ended up needed surgery to remove it. All that being said, I've gotten reimbursements for claims very quickly and it's very easy to submit them. Everyone is helpful and they have even followed up after claims to see how they're doing. It's such a relief to know that my girls can get the care they need without having to stress about the bills later. With great customer service on top.

GREAT SERVICE
I submitted orthopedic claims (4) in a 6 week period for my rottie and was reimbursed within a week of each claim after my deductible was met. Great customer service and communication. Thanks Embrace.

Absolutely wonderful service

Great Service!!!!!
I love the fact that customer service reps call to follow up on claims and any discrepancies that their might be on the account. Also I have been called as a follow up to appointments I have taken the dog to. The clinic also treats my dog so great and caring.

Quick and Easy
My puppy was attacked by two dogs who had gotten out of their yard. Their owner graciously paid for the initial surgery and follow up. Unfortunately, my puppy's wound did not heal properly, requiring many more visits to the vet. Embrace has paid for each of these visits quickly. I'm so glad that we took out Embrace insurance on our new puppy. I'm hoping never to have to use it again, but it's good to know that it's there if we need it.
