Originally I was extremely upset where I submitted my claim online and was told they didn't receive part of it. After phone calls and talking to a supervisor, and submitting more information to him, the claim was accepted. I got a phone call from Nationwide stating it was accepted, with the amount, and how to go about accepting the online payment.

Affordable, prompt service!
I purchased both wellness and critical care policies for our Jake. At approximately 9 months old he became ill and was diagnosed and treated for an autoimmune disease. One night at the emergency vet, which saved his life, was extremely costly but necessary. The Nationwide reimbursement for this night alone covered my premiums for the next three years of both policies! I highly recommend this pet insurance.

Review of Claim for Tucker Swim
Each time I have called Nationwide they have been so amazingly helpful, pleasant and courteous. The policy it self has been amazing and lifesaving for our dog. Unfortunately, we just had Tucker at the emergency vet last week again so I will be submitting another claim sadly, but having this insurance has taken away the financial burden and potentially tough decisions of whether or not to move forward with certain levels of care. I have talked this policy up to all of my pet owner friends. It has been a saving grace for myself and our family over the course of the past tough months with Tucker.

Paid Claim on Wellness Visit
Magnus only had a wellness visit. They found a lipoma so the aspirate went toward deductible just as I'd anticipated. I'm happy that Nationwide pays claims promptly.

Long wait
Insurance covered our vet visit but required extra documentation. Emailed claim paid but took 10 gays to receive check. Will switch to automatic deposit for sure.
