Excellent service and insurance plans
Extremely easy to sign your pet up. Friendly consultants. When I called to ask about certain coverage, the consultant was extremely helpful. Easy to use the App for submitting a claim. Quick result once the claim was submitted.

Great Insurance
We have 4 Pembroke Corgi's. We have never had an issue with this company and if you have a question they are there to help. Their deductible is great and when the premium goes up it is just a little bit not like the other company we dealt with where it jumped $100.00 a year. After your deductible is reached you are covered 100%. Our other insurance was 90% then dropped to 70%. This company is fair

Ms
Trupanion has been good to me. Everytime I see the bill, I'm thankful for this insurance. I have always had digs from CAPS, but Maximus has been the most expensive, but I love him. He's so sweet, my special osl!!!

Horrible insurance, liars and thieves
The folks you talk to to start a plan, super nice, informative, and friendly. But once they got you, then you talk to claims department. I paid for the extras with Hereditary Plus. We ended up having a claim, our baby has Alopecia. Paid about $900 for treatment, meds, visits. Turned it in. Was informed our claim was denied due to preexisting conditions. I called in talked to someone in customer service. They said they do not cover preexisting conditions. I told them it’s a congenital hereditary condition, so my plan should cover it. The guy then told me I could file a redetermination request form but he doubts it would change anything. I told him you guys just use whatever you can to squirm out of a claim??? He said yes sir! I asked to speak to a manager, he said okay went to transfer me and hung up on me.
This company is the worst most lying unethical pet insurance company out there and shame on The AKC for recommending them. Stay away!

Money spent with very little in return
We have been paying $80+ a month for years to Pet's Best and we hardly ever get much back from them at all for our dog Rocket's Vet bills. With every claim submitted there's always some excuse or vague technicality they come up with. A total insurance ripoff. We're considering taking our business elsewhere if they don't start helping pay our Vet bills better than they have been. And believe me...we're not their only customers thinking the exact same thoughts!

I’ve been with this insurance since Oct. last year. I signed up for because they are only one who pays for pre-existing condition. It says 365 days waiting period. If they told you pre-existing, didn’t they tell you to wait 365 days to cover ? I was wondering… Did you switch to other company?
