I was a bit skeptical about having pet insurance. But, under the guidance of my vet I decided to take a chance and they recommended Embrace. This has been one of the better decisions I have made over the last year. Unfortunately my 6 month old boxer broke his leg playing at the dog park. Embrace has made a tough experience a bit easier with the great expense that this has entailed. There have been zero issues when processing a claim and the staff is ALWAYS on phone call away.

MyDog Camo will be 4 years old on May 31. He was diagnoised with Addisons Diease in February of 2013 Camo was born in May 2012 so he was very young to have this medical problem as of today Camo is doing great with the daily meds he has been taken since Feb 2013 and his health is very good, He has to have yearly blood test done but other that that camo is a healthy english springer spaniel and he is one of 9 puppies. all the other 8 were checked and no other puppy has this medical problem. VPI isurance has been wonderful and with this insurance my expenses would be out of this world. Our dog accidentally hurt his back and ended up needing back surgery. We had bought pet insurance for the first time about 6 months ago. Thank goodness! Embrace did a great job processing our claim . I highly recommend this pet insurance .

Healthy Paws has been fantastic with us. My boy had cancer, went through surgery and radiation. I sent in the bills, within one week I received an email saying it was being processed and received a check within five days of the email. They have covered exactly what was supposed to be covered with no questions asked. This has been the case with every claim I have sent it for reimbursement. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet Insurance.

I switched to ASPCA about a year ago. Normally coverage was marginal with my old insurer and the payment to premium ratio was close. ASPCA is faster and the payout ratio is much better. My dog is usually very healthy but this year we had a temporary problem and the cost was very high. ASPCA took the sting out of that.

Reimbursement for cat medical expenses has gotten better. Now dental is covered and the per-incident amount is more, which is helpful. The only thing I would improve is perhaps prescription food. I have chronic/on going care insurance for my older cat, and her medical is covered, but not the food she needs to be on, which is very important (kidney disease).

My experience with Pets Best has been very positive. I have submitted claims via snail mail and have filled out the claim forms and up-loaded receipts which was easy. PB kept me up-to-date with my claim status. The only reason that I give them a 9 instead of a 10 is that you have to be sure that the vet's billing is perfect. If there is one error, even if there are receipts to back up the claim, the claim will be denied and the denial letters are not very specific to the claim. Otherwise, PB is fantastic!

I am very happy that we purchased the pet insurance offered by ASPCA. It has helped lessen the cost of keeping our dogs healthy and happy.The reps are always helpful and willing to get answers that they don't have. Claims are paid in proper time frame. Again our thanks go out to the ASPCA.
