My dog Coco had to have hernia surgery and this was my first caim with Healthy Paws. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. I can also tell they were genuinely concerned for Coco. Do not buy Pet's Best Pet Insurance. It is a scam. My pet accidentally hurt himself when he didn't land properly when he jumped. Even though the insurance says accident is covered, they lied. They said my cat's limp is caused by a congenital condition (by definitely means something you are born with). No matter what your claim is, they will make is seem like it is not covered. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!! Instead of this company paying the claim, they would rather lose a 15-year potential customer as well as all the pet owners and organizations I have affiliations with.

I switched from VPI for 8 years. No issues. This policy...recommended by my vet ....is a waste of money. Nothing is covered. If you switch and your do has had minor issues...which they all do....everything is pre existing. If I wasn't superstitious I'd drop this policy immediately. I still might

Without a doubt, Healthy Paws is the best investment I have made for my pet family. Their coverage is the best and most inclusive. They reimburse claims quickly and more importantly, their customer service is the best. My Frenchie had major surgery a little over a week ago. I submitted the bill to Healthy Paws on a Friday, I had my reimbursement check within 6 days. I wish I had health care coverage as good as Healthy Paws provides Winston. They have taken one worry away from me...and that means more than you can know.

I had two other pet insurances before ASPCA, and there is no comparison.ASPCA's claim form is simple, they respond fast and I have never had a problem with payments. Always a followup call to check on my dog too ! Without a doubt, the best, we are so happy !!

Pets Best pays promptly according to my plan (unlike other insurance companies who, in my experience, did not). I am confident that I can afford the vet care my dogs need. I would not be without Pets Best coverage and recommend it to everyone I know as well as complete strangers. I don't care what the premiums are, I want the peace of mind that I will not have to put down my dogs because I cannot afford the needed treatment.

I originally took this policy out to cover any emergencies that might occur. My dog was diagnosed with allergies and is required to take daily medication in addition to twice yearly blood work. I'm reimbursed up to $600 per year. This was a great help to us. Claims are processed quickly and customer service is very helpful and friendly when you call them.
