Hi there. I just started insurance for my dog Bailey (who I love with all my heart) and love it. The customer service is top notch excellent and claim services don't take long as little as 2 days and you aren't left to guess as to whether your claims were received. My dog has diabetes. My vet does not carry Vetsulin anymore. It has to be ordered. I found it cheaper at Valley Vet. The total price plus REFRIGERATED shipping is still cheaper than their charge. Embrace will not reimburse for shipping. This is not regular medicine. It can NOT go regular mail. I am NOT paying for express mail. I understand it's shipping but it's due to the medication. I will now order at higher price from the vet. I was trying to save money but Embrace will not allow. Furthermore, I understand rules but this should be an except since insulin can not be shipped any other way.

We just got a new puppy and at our first vet visit they offered a free month of Trupanion Insurance. Luckily, I signed up for it! Two weeks later, our puppy had a serious accident and needed two nights of care in the hospital. Trupanion was fantastic in processing our claim and covered over $1,200 of our costs within days of our request. The claims representative was exceptionally helpful and caring on the phone -- I highly recommend Trupanion to anyone with a puppy.

I wish I could get health insurance for myself like I have for my dog. She has had to have 2 ACL repair surgeries and now is being treated for cancer. Embrace communication is awesome and they reimbursements are made very quickly. They have covered everything including physical therapy. I have not once needed to followup. The process of submitted claims is seamless and I believe their rates are very reasonable. Of course, I wish I never had to use insurance but could not be happier with the insurance coverage I have. I recommend Embrace to all my friends.

I have had Embrace for a few years, and this was the first year I had to use for illness. Claims were paid within a few days, Customer Service answered my questions clearly. Fell very at ease knowing I have this for my cats. Wellness benefit, makes the amount spent yearly worth it. Highly recommend!

Both of my 11 year old chihuahuas have been insured with trupanion since the age of seven. Unfortunately, one of my chihuahuas was diagnosed with congenital heart failure. However, due to our decision to insure them both with pet insurance, we Felt very blessed to have Financial assistance to cover 90% of Clydes medical costs. I always tell my husband I don't know what we would have done if we didn't have Trupanion. Clyde's medical bills have been at least $10,000. We have been very fortunate, and are so happy we made the decision to insure them. Because of this decision, Clyde has had the best medical care and continues to do very well on medication management.

Our 1 1/2 old mini dachshund Kate had a nasty MRSA outbreak which put her in the hospital for almost 2 weeks. She was on IV and a lot of meds. We almost lost her and it was a heart breaking experience I would not wish on anybody.HealtyPaws was with us through this ordeal all the way, reimbursing hefty medical bills and following up with the hospital staff on the records and documentation.
