Embrace offers peace of mind.
We've had insurance for Bugs for about 7 years now. I've always been grateful for the wellness plan and reimbursements for general appointments during the year.
This year Bugs has been diagnosed with Cushings and some other issues due to that diagnosis. Having Embrace is providing peace of mind that we are able to get her all the care we need to keep her comfortable and with good quality of life.

A very good thing to have!
I like how easy it is to submit a claim, prompt reimbursement, and very pleasant customer service! I am so glad I have Trupanion. I tell everyone with a (new or young) pet to get it.

Jasper's Claim
Overall, I was satisfied with the claims process. One major exception. Initially, I was not given the options of sending the itemized bills by FAX or mail. I took pictures of the bills and sent them by email as attachments only to be told that the copies were not legible. Had I been able to print those itemized bills and send them by FAX as I then did, my claim would have been processed in a more timely manner.

Fast, secure and easy claims process!
We have been Nationwide pet insurance customers since our dog was a youngster and we have always experienced excellent customer service. Our most recent claims were processed in record time -- from the easy online submission process to the confirmation that our claim was received and our payment, it was all managed within two weeks -- much sooner than the expected 30 days, which was fantastic! VERY PLEASED!!!!
Very pleased with the ease of claims submission and quick reimbursements! The mobile app is great, easy to navigate and upload invoices etc. I'd highly recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance based on my experience so far.

You screwed me in my last claim. You wouldn't reimburse me that with you honored in the past. I guess everyone is taking the opportunity to give customers shitty service.
