Very Positive First Experience
My 1 yr old cat ate a piece of a rubber mat. Three visits to the vet and surgery and thankfully he's fully recovered. Trupanion were wonderful to work with, answered all my questions and paid sent a check within a week. So thankful insured both my cat and dog.

Embrace-great service, fast!
I've used another carrier previously, VPI, but was extremely dissatisfied with the predetermined low rates, the denial of claims for repeat issues, slow payments and lack of customer service. I found myself arguing with someone in California just to obtain a partial payment of claims submitted when my little pug died. As if I wasn't already upset enough!
I've used Embrace for two years now and am very pleased. They pay promptly, and cover everything they say at the rates the vet charges. You might pay a little more, but its worth it.

Grateful to Embrace
Nikki had very bad teeth and needed to be taken care. 15 teeth removed due to resoption and fractures. Bill was almost $2K. Embrace covered 50%, would have been more, but I already hit some maximums. Took the pressure off of amount spent. Plus they were so helpful before and after claim filed. I always recommend EMBRACE. Thanks to D Fellon and Embrace, Nikki is just great!

Pleasantly Surprised
My 7 year old Pit has been insured with Trupanion practically since birth. I am not a good saver - I see Trupanion as a kind of savings account for her care. Kind of like my own health insurance which costs more and reimburses less :). Ive never had call to use it until this year with two separate lameness incidents. I was seriously stressed about making a claim. I shouldn't have been -Trupanion walked me through the process and reimbursed my claims within ONE WEEK. I recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU TRUPANION for being honest and keeping your promises.

Trupanion - So Far So Good!!!
I have had my pet insured for over 2 years. She is 14 years old. She had to have an ultrasound the other day, because of a possible medical issue.
I was nervous, because this is the first claim I had made. It was so easy however, I literally filled out a few questions and sent it off.
Next thing I new it was approved and almost all the amount was covered.
I got a check a week later.
So happy I have insurance with such a great company!

Thank Goodness for Insurance
Recently, my cat Spencer developed kidney problems. The bills totaled over $600.00. ASPCA covered most of the cost.I usually receive payment promptly, and there is usually a follow up call to see how he is doing.
I can't ask for more.
