Amazing people, amazing company.
I purchased an insurance plan for my chocolate lab about three years ago after a two day stay at the vet. It's the first time ever doing so for any of my pets. Never thinking I needed it. Four weeks ago my Bello stopped eating. Not ruling out, but also not thinking for a second that it was something serious, I brought him to the vet. Had him checked out and decided maybe I better get some xrays. I was devastated. He had a lung mass. We talked about chemotherapy. The next day I made the soonest appointment I could for him with an oncologist. It was a couple of weeks out. But my Bello did not live until then. Brought him to the animal hospital not even a week after the first appointment. They put him on IV fluids, got him to eat very little. Ultrasound showed tumors in his liver and spleen. He was seven. Two days later we put him to rest. Could not let him suffer.
I did my research when I purchased insurance for him and ended up with Healthy Paws. It was the best decision I ever made. Submitting my claims, three of them, was the easiest thing. They responded to me within hours. They processed my claims within two days and I received my checks within a few days. Everything was as straightforward as they claimed it would be. The people who work there are amazing and compassionate. They cancelled my policy immediately and stopped billing me after they processed my final claim. A week later I received a sympathy card from them and in it were hand written messages from six people who work there. I cannot even describe in any amount of words of what an amazing company this is and how amazing the people are who work there.

Thanks EMBRACE!
Everything went smoothly and easily filing my first claim. The wellness coverage is a huge relief knowing that the
vet's charges are covered and reimbursed 100%. A plus was that even the cost of meds were also covered. I liked that,
and the fast reimbursement of my claim. Embrace's communications were super and timely. This company is on the ball.

Embrace is the best for our girls
We have had Embrace coverage for both our dogs, Ginger and Cleo for years. Few years ago Ginger had fallen seriously ill and had to taken into emergency care. The hospital fees and medication totaled over S2,100. When we placed the claim with Embrace, there was no hassle. The reimbursement of $1,800 (after deductible) was deposited into our acount in a couple of weeks.
Both Ginger and Cleo have had to go to the vet for different problems throughout the years. Every time we were able to concentrate on our girls' situation and not have to stress over the medical bills. We knew that Embrace had our back. Embrace is the best and only the best will do for our girls.

I never thought I needed pet insurance, I thought it'd be a waste of money. Boy was I wrong. If it wasn't for embrace I don't know what I'd be doing right now. There staff is helpful and knowledgeable. And they have supported me and my puppy through some unforeseen circumstances.

ASCPA truly cares about your pet!
I love how whenever my dog is sick and I have to put in a claim not only is the claim handled promptly but they also call to ask me how he is doing! They are so friendly on the phone and are general concerned about my fur baby ! To me that truly means a lot being my little boy( even though he isn't little anymore - is now 12) means the world to me! It's great to know they too are looking out for him! 😊

Two new knees later... Healthy Paws Rocks!
I cannot recommend Healthy Paws more highly. We had only been a customer for a little over a year when our dog, Ruger, got loose and injured both of his knees. Turns out the big guy tore BOTH of his CCLs and needed surgery on each leg. Healthy Paws was right there with us and processed our claims before the credit card payments were even due. Incredible insurance, incredible customer service. And follow up emails to check on our furchild! Who does that? Healthy Paws, that's who :)

Caring people, excellent service
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance made an incredibly scary and difficult time more manageable by allowing us to focus on what really mattered--getting our puppy better--and not worry about the large vet bill we received. Our 6 month old French Bulldog puppy ingested a foreign object and in the process of trying to throw it back up gave herself aspiration pneumonia. She had to spend the night in the emergency room on oxygen and undergo several xrays. Once her lungs were healed, a different vet had to remove the foreign object. Thankfully the second vet was able to remove the object with a scope, rather than surgery. This being our first dog, we were very scared.
Understandably, the bill for the vet work was very large. Thankfully, Healthy Paws was incredibly responsive to our questions and in approving our claim. They covered everything. This peace of mind allowed us to dedicate all our energy towards caring for our little girl rather than on worrying about paying back thousands of dollars in medical bills. The staff at Healthy Paws was very friendly and responsive and they even checked in a few days after to see how our puppy was doing. It does seem that they really care about the animals they cover. Healthy Paws is a great company that supplies an excellent product. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Excellant choice for Pet Insurance
Now that our boy is getting older we like to have a check up 2 times a year-- at vaccination time. We also have his hips, legs and elbows checked. Thank goodness he is perfectly healthy -the ASPCA insurance is awesome. Pays quick, no stress, no issues and the reimbursement amount is very decent. I never want to use it -they can have our money for it, but protecting our little man is very important because tomorrow can bring anything. I highly recommend using the ASPCA for all your Pet insurance needs
