Couldn't have done it without Embrace!

I have submitted multiple claims in reference to my Great Dane puppy who had been sick since we got her. While pre-existing conditions are not covered they still made a huge impact by reimbursing everything that they could. Including prescription food and medications! I'm really glad I customized my plan with embrace!

Outstanding Pet Insurance

Urie started with vomiting, diarrhea and became extremely lethargic within 2 days. She spent 2 days at our vet's (Peticote Veterinary) and then 2 more days at Northstar Emergency Hospital. Urie had multiple blood work, lab work, x-rays, ultrasounds, endoscopy, etc., and received the best possible care. KUDOS to Peticote and Northstar for their diligence in getting Urie back to excellent health. And yes, KUDOS to Embrace Pet Insurance Company! It is so comforting and gives me such great peace of mind in dealing with all veterinary decisions. I've been with Embrace for 2+ years and I'm so grateful for their excellent service and professionalism. It was the best decision I made in selecting Embrace over 5 other companies indeed!

Premium Increases

Never had to make a claim yet. However be warned each year rate increases exceed 10%. Ask for proof of costs rising to determine justification they refused. Imagine cost of policy in 5 years. Our wellness plan through Banfield has never increased.

Peace of mind

My policy covered end-of-life expenses for my 16-year-old fur-baby last year. I now have a 10-year-old rescue who's is covered by ASPCA insurance. I continue to be very satisfied with the service of this company. I appreciate the communication regarding status of a claim.

Aging Pet/Furry Daughter

I have been a member of this pet health insurance for several years. They have always been responsive to my calls and questions. The reimbursement aspect has allowed me to more freely give my furry daughter the proper health care she needs as she ages. With limited income due to retirement, knowing some of her health expenses will be covered gives me comfort.

Embrace is the BEST!!

Thank goodness for Embrace! Our poor girl is a complicated mess yet the best dog you could ever hope for! She is always happy and loves everyone, which is why we would do anything and everything to try and keep her healthy. Thankfully Embrace makes those choices so much easier. When I first signed up for the insurance my husband fought me on it, he thought it was a complete waste of money! He fought so bad that I paid for it myself because he refused! I told him since we have a large breed dog that i wanted to make sure if God forbid she ever needed a hip or knee replacement i wouldnt have to think twice because the insurance would cover a portion of it. It was the best decision I EVER made! Our poor girl has bad skin allergies, severe food allergies (allergic to every food but super hypoallergenic prescription food), she is slightly incontinent and has issues with bladder and ear infections and most recently (at the age of 5) diagnosed with beginning of kidney disease. So as you can imagine, specialist vets, tests and medications are abundant with out girl and Embrace covers everything but her prescription food! THANK YOU Embrace for always helping us take care of our furbaby, she truly is worth every penny!! You cant get a better dog and you definitely can't get a better pet insurance!!

Definitely the right choice

My jack russell-pug mix gets himself into ear infections on a yearly basis which are always covered. I give the form to my vet who faxes it to Embrace and I get emails telling me they got the claim and that it's been covered and to log on to see the results of the claim. It's so great! The customer service via email and phone calls are amazingly helpful. I recommend Embrace to everyone with an animal.

Paws Down, Healthy Paws is the best

Healthy Paws' turnaround was so quick that I had the money in the bank before I had to pay the bill.And they paid exactly what I expected. I didn't need any more grief dealing with an insurance company while dealing with a beloved furkid with osteosarcoma. The greyhound group I belong to overwhelmingly have HP over other insurance companies. And no complaints.

Thankful for Embrace

I've been with Embrace for about three years now and, after trying other insurance companies, Embrace continually fulfills my needs as a pet owner with a dog that requires continual medication and check-ups. At only two years old, Lulu (my pitbull) was diagnosed with Histiocytoma and inflammatory polyarthritis. She sees a specialist and her regular doctor throughout the year and she is prescribed low dose steroids and a very expensive medicine called Lefluminide, which I pick up at a local pharmacy. Despite me sending in claims very often, Embrace always responds within a couple days of sending my claims in, and only a couple days after, do I receive a direct deposit into my account. The process of sending claims in is easy (for the medicines, I literally just fill it out and take a photo of it from my phone and send it in that way) and I appreciate that I can log in and see at what point in the process my claim is at. What I especially love with Embrace is that I can call and talk to someone almost immediately. They are always so sweet and go above and beyond in helping me. The same goes for emailing -- I receive a response really quickly, which is, of course, important to me. One time I accidentally checked off 'wellness' instead of 'illness' on the claim form and at first my coverage was denied since I used all my wellness coverage. However, after emailing them and explaining that the medicine I sent the claim out for is actually for her ongoing illness, they resubmitted the form for me and I received my claim back in just a couple days. Sometimes insurance companies would say, "well too bad!" But Embrace made sure that all my needs were met and they didn't punish me for my silly mistake. Without Embrace, I wouldn't have been able to take care of my dog. I'm extremely appreciative of their quality service and affordable insurance.
