Thankful for Embrace
I've been with Embrace for about three years now and, after trying other insurance companies, Embrace continually fulfills my needs as a pet owner with a dog that requires continual medication and check-ups.
At only two years old, Lulu (my pitbull) was diagnosed with Histiocytoma and inflammatory polyarthritis. She sees a specialist and her regular doctor throughout the year and she is prescribed low dose steroids and a very expensive medicine called Lefluminide, which I pick up at a local pharmacy. Despite me sending in claims very often, Embrace always responds within a couple days of sending my claims in, and only a couple days after, do I receive a direct deposit into my account. The process of sending claims in is easy (for the medicines, I literally just fill it out and take a photo of it from my phone and send it in that way) and I appreciate that I can log in and see at what point in the process my claim is at.
What I especially love with Embrace is that I can call and talk to someone almost immediately. They are always so sweet and go above and beyond in helping me. The same goes for emailing -- I receive a response really quickly, which is, of course, important to me. One time I accidentally checked off 'wellness' instead of 'illness' on the claim form and at first my coverage was denied since I used all my wellness coverage. However, after emailing them and explaining that the medicine I sent the claim out for is actually for her ongoing illness, they resubmitted the form for me and I received my claim back in just a couple days. Sometimes insurance companies would say, "well too bad!" But Embrace made sure that all my needs were met and they didn't punish me for my silly mistake.
Without Embrace, I wouldn't have been able to take care of my dog. I'm extremely appreciative of their quality service and affordable insurance.

Best Pet Insurance EVER!
I've been using Embrace for my multiple pets for many years. I've been covered for everything I expected and never had any issues or disputes. The staff are BEYOND helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
I recommend Embrace to everyone and I swear I'm the cause of most of their clients! ha. Would be nice if there were a referral program ;)
Seriously though, I'm so happy to help my friends and those who adopt from me - giving them the peace of mind and being financially able to take care of their furbabies when necessary. Because something ALWAYS happens.
To not have pet insurance is just crazy. And to not have Embrace be your pet insurance carrier is even crazier!
There is no better carrier out there. None.

ASPCA Pet Insurance was a great decision
We have insured Louis and Lyle for about 3 years and it was one of the best decisions we have made. The monthly rate is very reasonable for two dogs and the coverage has been wonderful. We highly recommend it.

Best pet insrance to have - Thank you Healthy Paws
It was totally unexpected and horrible accident – my 3 yr-old Chihuahua got hit by a car. I rushed to bring him his regular vet and was told that he’d got Diaphragmatic Hernia due to the shock. We were sent to 24-hour emergency hospital and he had a surgery on the same day. Thanks to the doctors and staff’s best care, his surgery was successfully done and he now recovered completely! Although saving his life was the most important thing, but I was concerning about how I should handle the cost for the big money at the same time. I used to have pet insurance policies for my older cats with other pet insurance company, but they didn’t reimburse anything for meaningless reasons. Claims this time were actually the first large ones I submitted to Healthy Paws and I doubt that they would reimburse the large amount due to bad past experience with other company, however; they processed my claim SO quickly and made reimbursement as they promised at the enrollment!
It was such an unlucky accident that happened to my dog and me, but we also had quite a few lucky factors. Receiving the best care by the best doctors and hospital staff and having the best insurance policy that saved my doggie’s life and my living.

Great service
I have had Embrace for over 5 years for all of my 4 kitties. Embrace has been wonderful in handling all the claims : quick and easy . Truly making a difference. Highly recommended to all pet parents.

Paid claims after only having policy for 2 months
Had the policy for 2 months and they paid the claims over 7K$. She passed away so its not like they will get any more premiums out of me, but I will sign the other 2 cats up.
