My adjuster Reanna was extremely kind, communicative, responsive and professional. She was a real pleasure to deal with. And when i couldnt reach her, Candice jumped right in and didnt miss a beat. The Embrace staff are caring, empathic people who understand what a client with a sick furkid is going through. Ive had pet insurance through other carriers but am extremely happy i switched to Embrace!

I am happy to have coverage for my pet when medical issues come up. I do my best to take care of her and want to help her when unavoidable expenses arise. It's nice to know that my financial status will not get in the way of doing so!

We purchased healthy paws right after we picked up our new Goldendoodle. A little over 1 year old, he started having seizures which has been very scary for us. Between numerous trips to the ED, very expensive Medication, and even a surgery, Healthy Paws has been a blessing. They have covered 90% of all of our bills for anything vet related (minus the initial exam). We have never been fought over care or denied coverage and getting reimbursement is easy. I just take a picture of the bill, send in a picture via the app on my phone, and within a few days they mail us a check and an email with explanation on what was covered. It has made giving him the best care an easy decision no matter what the price. Bills would have been thousands and thousands of dollars at this point, but we have only had to pay a few hundred over the past 6 months. We tell everyone who will listen that this is more than worth it.

Easy to file a claim. A lot easier and more responsive than my human insurance.

I do think the insurance is valuable. I just wish the reimbursement came a lot quicker.
