Better than human health insurance
My dog was stung by a bee last summer. Of course it was a weekend and the normal vets office was closed. He had a severe reacation and landed in in the animal ER. It was an expensive visit for us. I submitted the claim to Pets Best and within a very short time the reimbursement was in our account. When on a tight budget, you can not imagine how much it meant to my family to have such a fast turn around on a claim. I tell everyone that my pets have better health insurance than I do!!!!!!!!!

They pay claims!
I am so happy with Pets Best. I was reimbursed the maximum amount on a large claim. Made my dog's illness a little easier to handle knowing I was not maxing out credit cards.

The fastest, with the best service
I contacted Pet's Best for two separate questions this week, both were answered within 2 hours. As result, a friend has contacted Pets Best regarding coverage for her Havanese after I recommended it to her. These guys have the Best customer service.

Fast and they actually pay claims
Every time I have submitted a bill they have been prompt in payment. I have recommended them to several friends. They have been outstanding to work with. Fast payment of cliams and the least exclusions--they have paid thousands in claims reimbursements back to me. Exactly what I need from a pet insurance company.

Extraordinarily nice people in a bad time
Fist off, I never actually was able to file a claim so I have no experience in that area. I am hear because of the wonderful experience I had after the passing of my cat.After a few weeks of taking my cat to the vet, my bills started stacking up and we realized we needed insurance (even if it didn't cover the current issues). I thoroughly reviewed at least 6 different insurance companies. It felt like learning a new language to figure out what was going on. I went with Healthy Paws for numerous reasons (no annual cap, coverage starts 15 days after signing up, relatively cheap, one time annual deductible, etc). They are vastly better than just about every other company, maybe one or two came close, but I went with Healthy Paws because of an article in the Seattle Times (I think?) that reviewed numerous companies and decided they were the best (if narrowly).
Anywho, it was unfortunately discovered that my cat had cancer that was very far along in the abdomen. We ended up putting him down about a week later. It was quite the horrible experience, as he was my best friend and not very old. I made myself cancel the insurance before I could forget. I was quite surprised that my first month fee was reimbursed without any hassle. I was expecting to pay it, but later realized they give you 30 days to "try them out". So that's pretty cool. Embrace Pet Insurance is the best
I do not know of any other pet insurance who pays for anal glandto be expressed. Your great and fast with claims reinbursment it's always done in timely manor with in a week.Your staff are great people to work with.

WOW! First claim and paid ever so quickly!!!!
I cannot believe that was less than 24 hours and my claim was already paid!!!! I am glad to know that I can rely on them if anything else happens to my pet(s)...... Hoping nothing does happen to them! Thanks Pets Best!!!!!

Embrace processed my claim in minimal time!!
My mastiff had some issues which required some teeth work, claw sanding, and checking his ears. Got everything done and submitted the claim within a couple of days to Embrace. Within 10 days I had my check in hand and everything Embrace briefed me on as far as the whole process was spot on!!!

Off to a Good Start
Thus far I've been impressed with Embrace's response and correspondence. I get real humans when I call, nice ones at that. Additionally, I'm kept informed about claims status...submissions, reviews, and payments. It's a nice system and it makes me feel as if I've really got a partner for my dog's healthcare.

Very Happy with ASPCA
I added the wellness care to my plan and am so happy with the quick turn around on my claims for the all the care a new puppy needs. I have only had the insurance for a couple of months, but if all future claims are handled as quickly I will be totally thrilled.I have submitted only one claim for an infection he got in his eye. I have not seen the check yet but I did receive and e-mail saying the claim had been received.
