Perfection! They have been there 100%!

Sadly I have found it necessary to use my insurance for 2 of my cats over the past 2 years. But Embrace removes the financial strain of your claim & allows your pet to be treated when most cases due to the high costs, your pet would need to be euthanized. Embrace is great as they handled all of my claims quickly without question! Now with receipt of a email noticethat my recent claim was just approved 11/11, & that I can now call for direct deposit rather than waiting 10 days for a check I will receive the money in 24 to 48 hours! This company keeps on getting better!

Great customer service & communication

My dog was diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both shoulders and bony growths in his left shoulder. Even though he was past the six-month orthopedic waiting period, I am glad that I chose to make an appointment and have my vet fill out the Orthopedic Report Card (decreases wait period to two weeks), because this is a chronic and lifetime condition. I would have really been kicking myself if I did not, because he is only seven years old, I would never have guessed he would get such severe arthritis so young. I say be safe and do the report card. Filing this claim was really confusing to me, because the suspected problem turned out not to be the problem after the radiographs were read by a professional. Do I submit the claim form for the suspected diagnosis plus the one for the final diagnosis? (No) I went back just for a medication refill, does the vet have to fill out a claim form every time I need meds? (No, but a claim form is still needed). I decided to call Embrace about this. The CSR was SO helpful and when I had questions related to the illness coverage, she checked with a claims adjuster before answering, she wanted to be 100% sure. I really appreciated that. Uploading the claims on the website is how I chose to submit my documents. Super easy, easy instructions, simple and fast to do. I give high marks to Embrace Pet Insurance.

AMAZING!!!

I did a lot of research on pet insurance, before choosing Embrace. I definitely made the right decision. They have covered two claims and a wellness check in just under a year. They are prompt, with great customer service, and always answer my questions. Their prices are also very competitive. HIGHLY recommended! :)

Who Knew?

When I first decided to give Ruby (my cat) a forever home Health Insurance was not even in the picture. Now after some Thyroid and general health issues I'm thankful I have it. ASPCA has reimbursed my claims promptly and satisfactorily. When dealing with ASPCA associates on the phone they have all been quite friendly and respectful. Also they always inquire about both of my cats with genuine interest and concern. I am happy with my choice of companies.

So glad I got insurance

I wondered about pet insurance for years but was worried it was a scam. When I added a second dog to my family I decided to try it out. I never wanted to have to make a decision on my pets health due to money and I have not been sorry. It's one of those things you hope you never have to use, but unfortunately I have needed it a few times with both dogs. So far I have found it to be fair and prompt. I only wish it had been around when my 11 year old was young because I'm spending a lot of money on his pre-existing conditions to no fault of the company. I highly recommend it if you don't have a huge savings account and want to take good care of your pets.

Very Grateful for ASPCA Insurance

I bought ASPCA insurance for my lab when he started eating things he shouldn't (anything!) and ended up at the vet with stomach issues. This insurance was wonderful to have after a trip to the emergency vet on a Sunday morning. Last year, right before he turned two, he started having spells where he was seeing flies and snapping at them; the doctor's think it's a form of seizure and he's on two different medications. Because I have the full coverage on Rambo the monthly medication is covered as well. The claims are easy to file and the reimbursement check is sent within a few weeks. Anytime I've ever talked to anyone from ASPCA insurance they have been very friendly and helpful. One of the best purchases I've made.

Very Thankful for Embrace!!!

We've had Embrace coverage for 3 years, since we got our pup Arya at 3 months old. She's been pretty healthy, but recently began having unexplained accidents and some other worrying symptoms. Though I was expecting submitting our claims to be a frustrating experience, I have been incredibly surprised and impressed by my experience with Embrace. From assistance updating our mailing address after a move, to quickly processing claims and remitting payment (less than 2 weeks from when we submitted our claims until a check arrived) customer service with Embrace has been stellar. I didn't even realize our deductible was lowered by $100 thanks to the 2 years Arya wasn't having any major problems/claims. Very appreciative for the assistance during a stressful time (Arya's doing much better!)

Very Happy

I have had insurance for about six years and I've never had any medical issues until recently. ASPCA has been wonderful at taking care of my claims quickly and effectively. And I know that if I have any questions I can always call and ask, it's great to know they care about my dog as much as I do!
