My Dachshund has had Embrace insurance since she was 7 weeks old, and she's 11 now. We've been fortunate not to have any huge claims until a few weeks ago, when a bad case of pancreatitis almost killed her. My 2 1/2 year Corgi Mix had a Compressed Disc in his back and was unable to move his back legs - my Vet referred me to a Vet Specialist who advised he needed surgery at a cost between $5000 - $7000. Thanks to Healthy Paws - My Rory had his surgery and within a week was walking on all 4 legs again! A bit wobbly mind you but walking - now 3 weeks since his surgery he's about 95% back to normal and Healthy Paws has paid his medical claim just as agreed! What a relief on so many levels!! I had never purchased Pet Insurance and didn't know if or how well they would pay with this being my first claim. They were prompt - courteous-and caring and kept their committment which is whay you pay for. I Highly Recommend Healthy Paws to anyone!!!

I love the way the online experience works. Just take a picture of your invoice and submit! For our dogs surgery we had to call customer service to make sure we would be covered. The representative was very thorough and answered all our questions. Surgery happened and within 2 weeks we had our check in the mail and a sweet follow up email asking how our dog was doing! I truly wish all insurance companies worked this well!
