I have had pet insurance for this dog and the last. ASPCA has been there when I needed it. The claim process is easy, efficient and quick. I would and do recommend them to my friends.

My dog required radiation therapy for hiw ankle due to tumor. The way to pay the radiation facility is not pay per visit but prepay in 2 installments after initial payment for evaluation. Embrace called the facility to verify and promptly covered my expense appropriate. I am very grateful since the treatments are very expensive. Thank you.

I have had no problems with the ins company. The only things that I would say is that when my one cat died I had submitted the claim for his death and they still had him listed on my Pets. That was hard to see because it was such a sudden death and horrible death. Other than that I am happy that my furry loved ones are covered!

I have been an Embrace member for 7+ years and every time I file a claim, they are prompt and courteous. I love that they acknowledge when the claim was received and will let you know timing of reimbursement payment. It is easy and efficient. I submitted my first claim recently and wanted to submit a fair review about it. Embrace makes it easy to submit everything via email/fax etc, and their agents are helpful on the phone. The fine print I did not read was their $300 annual deductible, which for insurance is standard, but killed me on my first claim since it was almost $500. I guess something is better than nothing, however will probably start researching insurance w a lower deductible.

Embrace has come through for me and my boy Brady (12 years old) several times throughout the past few years and I only have positive things to say about them!! It gives me comfort to know that I can truly take care of Brady's health the right way as long as I have Embrace! Thank you!!

I purchased ASPCA Pet Insurance for my 5 year old rescue cat that we adopted in May. Little did I know how quickly it would come in handy. When I took her in to the vet because she was lethargic, it was determined that she needed dental work. On her pre op visit, the vet heard a heart murmur. She needed to have an ultrasound to test the functioning of her heart in order to be cleared for anesthesia. She was cleared to have the dental work and she needed to have a tooth pulled. I filed the claims electronically, and was kept informed of the status of the claims along the way. Once the claims were processed, I received payment in a prompt manner. One of the deciding factors for me in choosing this insurance was the excellent customer service from ASPCA that I received when shopping around. That excellence in customer service has followed through in the processing of claims and the follow up service I received after the claims were processed when I received a phone call from a rep asking how my cat was doing. I would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance.
