I've never had any problems with my claims.
I can say that in my past experiences the insurances that I have taken for my puppies have not been very good that we say, but this insurance has shown me the opposite. I have not had any problems with my claims and I can say that it is the best insurance that I have chosen and I can recommend.

Phenomenal service!
I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent response and customer service from Nationwide related to Onya's claim. The turnaround time from claim to direct deposit of reimbursement was about 3 weeks
I will absolutely be renewing my pet insurance for Onya and Ruby, for as long as they are with me, and will enroll any future furbabies with Nationwide.
And I'm very impressed also that Nationwide followed up to ask how Onya was doing.
Excellent job Nationwide!!! MY health insurance should be so good!!

The employees working for Nationwide are very friendly , kind, and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this pet insurance to others. The people are friendly, knowledgeable. and patient. They helped me with my claims and were sincere with their concern for my puppy.

This process is painful. Fax or mail something in...then wait....wait.....wait...then get a check. it shouldn't be this difficult.

Outstanding service, prompt reimbursement, Embrace staff is extremely competent and friendly!
I have been completely satisfied with Embrace. Hank is my second dog that had a large bill (ACL repair) covered. Our prior dog had multiple services and bills covered towards the premature end of his life. I have been so pleased by the compassionate and competent handling of my concerns by the entire Embrace staff and I recommend Embrace to anyone and everyone that is looking for pet insurance.
