Excellent insurance, wish it would cover a portion of office visits and ER visits

I brought my 1 1/2 year old boxer dog in for allergy testing. He's never had it done before and not a pre-existing condition. I was really nervous because it was an expensive procedure and I've heard horror stories of insurances finding ways of not paying. Not pets best! They paid for everything! Except a $7 charge for disposal of waste. I only had my 10% co-pay. I was relieved and so glad I invested in pet insurance. It is totally worth it. I think the claims process is easy, just snap a picture and submit. It takes about a week to process and then 1-2 business days to get paid. Every time I call the people are super friendly and very helpful. I'll always have pet insurance through Pets Best! Thanks!

Processes the claims quickly. Very helpful on the phone when I called to ask about a procedure my baby needed to have to get an estimated cost coverage. All around great so far.

Pets Best is the Best! I have had many dogs and have never had insurance on them . Remington is my newest and I heard about Pets Best from a friend. Remi sustained a freak injury to his tail and needed a partial amputation right away while we were on vacation 0n Cape Cod. Although he has had a few set backs due to the healing process and being a very happy one year old it is very hard to keep his tail from wagging, he needed a revision of his tail amputation . The vet later sent me to a specialist to make sure he didn't need a third amputation Luckily for now things are looking great. Pets Best has sent me my reimbursements so quickly I was rather shocked. We adore our pup Winston, he is truly a part of our family. Trupanion has been there for my Rosie for the past 7 years. We’ve only had to use them a few times, thankfully, but we are so happy we have them when we need them. Very affordable for peace of mind.

We adopted Sona to be a companion to our family and other dog. She became sick about 4 months after we adopted her. Initially, a local vet thought she had Lyme disease and she was treated for this, but she did not improve and I knew something was very wrong. After seeing her deteriorate, I took her to MSPCA-Angell Animal Medical Center in Boston and it was there she was diagnosed with meningitis. I'd never heard of this condition in all my dog owning years. Through the care of her neurologist, she slowly got better. Had we not had Pet's Best Insurance, her outcome would have been different as we would have struggled to afford her care. She is now on medication to keep the condition in remission. We are so very grateful to Pet's Best for being our partners in making her well again.
