I am so happy that I took ou trupanion insurance for my little Yorkie weighing 5 lbs. she is going for a operation and I need all the prayers that I can get. I thank my brother for telling me about trupanion insurance..they have explained and helped me so much. I tell all my friends who have pets to look into trupanion ins .

Do not waste your money in this company, they just want your money. They do not want to help you. I do not want you to be screwed like I was. They do not want to give my money back when I did my first and only claim because they did not receive the report from one of the veterinaries, like it was fault they did not get the information. Shameful.

Hi Healthy Paws Team- I wanted to take the time to share a personal story with you and why I believe strongly in pet insurance offered by Healthy Paws - not just any company - Healthy Paws. After significant research, I decided to choose Healthy Paws to insure Wiggins, the puppy I found abandoned chained to a New York City park bench nearly 5 years ago. When I told family and friends about your service, some of them questioned the need, but I never waned: there is nothing I wouldn't do for him, and I give him the best of everything, from food, to healthcare, to overall love and affection. Unfortunately, Wiggins suffered his first grand mal seizure last month - a terrifying experience to be sure. Knowing I had the best coverage and support of your team behind me meant the world to me as I visited the ER (after hours), followed up with my local vet, and even saw a specialist/neurologist! Everything was covered at 90% without question or claim payment delay. Sadly, Wiggins just had his second seizure two days ago and after a follow up visit to my vet, he is now taking Keppra 3x daily, a rather expensive and burdensome lifelong treatment. I am also able to take him in for an MRI to rule out any structural issues, to be certain of his idiopathic epilepsy diagnosis, and I know that Healthy Paws will be with me 100% of the way. I want you to know how comforting this makes me feel. Having to bear the financial burden over the rest of his life would amplify the tremendous stress I - a single "dad" with a demanding job - now find myself under given Wiggins diagnosis. Thank god my pets have been healthy but the times they have not Pets Best has been excellent with responses & speed of payments

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was wonderful in understanding and caring for one of my cats. At a time, I was so upset that our cat got extremely sick, but Healthy Paws' professionalism and concern made this difficult time so manageable. Also they did not stop there, but they continued their compassionate with a follow up email, checking to make sure that my cat (family member) was better and on her way to recovery.

First part of my rottie' s exam has already been reimbursed. Up coming claims for treatment for her condition has been discussed and has been approved. Very pleased with this insurance plan so far. All representatives have been very polite and accommodating.

My poor Greyhound Gal had a broken toe accident while running like the wind. After two months and 5 doctors later - she is healed. I say 5 doctors because my initial vet wanted to splint her toe (bad idea because the Greyhounds don't do well with splinting AND she had a wound between the two toes). Another doctor in this practice wanted to amputate the toe! No way! Off to another practice who is much more experienced with the Greyhound breed. There was much concern about the wound becoming infected. It was a major challenge for the duration. ASPCA was wonderful with all the claims I submitted. Thankfully Gal is healed and still has all her toes!

I have had a policy for my pet dog, Max, for quite a few years. It provides a degree of comfort knowing that I will be covered in cases of serious illness. Max has had a few instances where this insurance really helped. ASPCA Pet Insurance is a top-notch company, and the customer service is really of excellent quality. Claims are processed quickly and fairly. I would recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to anyone who needs it.
