They processed my claim quickly and helped cover an unfortunate $3,000 bill for a severe infection in my dog. Thank you so much
I woke up and my new puppy was lethargic and drooling. I took her immediately to the ER where she required a CT scan, debridement and overnight stay for IV antibiotics. The total cost was $3,000 and Trupanion covered 90% of it after submitting the claims, no questions asked. I didn't need to call and lobby for myself, nor did the very busy veterinarian. Trupanion got themselves a lifelong customer today. Thank you!

Amazing service and turnaround time
We had never filed a claim for pet insurance before but Trupanion made it so easy. From the day I called to make sure my dog’s abdominal surgery would be covered to the day we received our check from Trupanion, they were top notch. They were compassionate, kind and extremely helpful. It is super easy to file a claim on-line and the turnaround time was less than two weeks (9 days to be exact).
