When we got the diagnosis that our dog needed an TPLO surgery we didn't have to worry because of Embrace. I have had Embrace for 2 years now for several of my dogs and they are very professional to deal with. We always receive our payment within the time frame they give you.If we didn't have Embrace we wouldn't be able to afford the high costs of what the vets costs today. We have multiple dogs and which having Embrace takes our worries away every time something happens or even going to the vet for a annual checkup. Well worth the money and will keep your mind at ease if an emergency ever occurs with a pet.

What a scare we had on such a happy and joyous occasion. On Christmas Eve day, our cat, Little Bit, ate a good portion of a Lily, which is very toxic. I took Little Bit to the Vet Hospital, where he stayed for a full week, receiving treatment to minimize and reverse the toxicity levels in his body. Just like a child, we visited Little Bit in the hospital every day, including Christmas Day. This was a stressful incident in the middle of what can be a stressful season. Fortunately for my wife and me, there was nothing stressful about our contacts with Pet Embrace. We have 2 dogs that we love more than anything. When they needed emergency medical care (at the same time), the vet described the course of treatment and said "cost may become an issue." At such a stressful time, it was so comforting to know that they were covered by Healthy Paws. Knowing that emergency care would not be cost prohibitive, we could focus on getting our girls healthy. When all was said and done, we submitted their claims to Healthy Paws. I must admit that I was prepared to have to "argue" about certain parts of the bill, but on the contrary, we were reimbursed exactly as expected and described in their policy terms. They processed the claims within 5 days and we are expecting our reimbursement check in the mail. Anyone with a pet they consider family should have pet insurance, and I recommend Healthy Paws based on their customer service.

My Cat, Miss Malcolm, has just turned 20 years old and we have been with ASPCA since she was a kitten. She has been pretty healthy till this past year so until now we haven't had much need for Vet Visits but when we did see our Vet, this insurance was on top of everything immediately. As of October, Miss. Malcolm's little kidney's began to fail. I have been giving here fluids 2 times a week since. I order her prescription supplies and then submit bills to ASPCA with there very simple on line billing. Within about a week I receive a check. It is so simple. It is great dealing with there staff by phone or chats on line. They are kind, concerned and always follow up if needed.
