Lack of communication on Trupanion's end. I submitted an invoice that was obstructed . After almost 2 weeks, no one called to tell me. I found out by calling to check in on the status. After I resubmitted it and after you 'received the vet s notes, the claim online said it was in review . When I called to check in, the rep told me that she didn't even begin to review it. After asking to speak with an agent, she miraculously processed it and it was all set. Trupanion can train your employees to communicate better with Trupanion's customers.

Quick reimbursement.
My dog Ellie has allergies. Unfortunately she needs medications. I put claims in and usually get reimbursement with in a few days . Have always been happy with this company.

Reliable and Consistent service!
Having healthy paws has really given us peace of mind with our yellow lab Duke. Filing the claims are super easy, and they always check in to see how he is doing after his Vet visit. We definitely recommend having healthy paws as your pet insurance provider!

Excellent customer service and knowledge of insurance policy
I have never come across a better insurance company. I have been a vet tech for over 30 years and have come across many different companies. Trupanion is not only the easiest to submit claims but the most covered.

I am extremely happy.
I am extremely happy with my experience using Pets Best. I've been customer for 5 years and never thought I'd actually have to use it. When my dog broke her leg we were faced with the unexpected cost of emergency surgery. I got the necessary paperwork from our vet and was able to do everything else online. It was so simple! Our claim was reviewed and accepted within a week. I am so impressed with how easy the process was. It definitely took away some of the stress of this accident. Now she is rocking a hot pink cast and on her way to getting better!

Extremely easy to submit claims.
Every claim U have submitted has been extremely easy. I just logged on, filled out the Claim form, attached a copy of the invoice and submitted it. Within one day I received notification of receipt. Within a week I received notification of payment and, because I used direct deposit, it was in my account. I couldn't be more pleased.
