Haven't Let Me Down Yet!
I am really impressed with the way each claim has been evaluated and paid but wish they were more current and timely in their processes. It would be nice to be able to file a claim from their website instead of a third party app but overall I am grateful for this service and tell everyone I know how valuable it has been and the peace of mind that it provides my family.

Nationwide provides excellent coverage that is easy to understand, and affordable.
Great Company. Glad I found them. It is the first company in which I understood the coverage and benefits. I really believe it is the best coverage out there.

Ease of use
We newly enrolled in pet insurance for our two puppies. I’m thrilled with how easy it is to post a claim and receive the reimbursement. It’s a relief to have a policy to supplement our pets’ needs!

Disappointed
I was very disappointed that I wasn't able to upgrade my dog's insurance due to her having allergies. There are so many other medical issues she could have and be covered for, but she was permanently denied. Unfortunately we have had to cancel her insurance policy renewal in favor of a company that will provide full coverage. It is discouraging given the fact we have used Nationwide pet insurance for years and were hoping to add two more pets, but I was also informed that pricing has greatly increased which is not possible for us to afford.
