Easy, communicative
Jackson has been covered by Embrace for almost a year and we’ve been happy ever since. Anything that isn’t covered under his policy is typically covered under the additional wellness rewards I have for him. Filing a claim is super simple, any questions are always answered by helpful, friendly customer service, and we get reimbursed within 2 weeks of filing the claim, but usually faster. So glad to have peace of mind knowing my boy is covered!

Trupanion THE BEST pet Ins I could of EVER found...Thank you so much!!
2 months ago, our 8 year old Golden Retriever HENRY was diagnosed with Lymphoma. Fortunately, wed caught it in time, and through weekly Chemo IV treatments, he is now in remission
TRUPANION HAS BEEN OUTSTANDING letting us know that claims have been received, and then paying our vet 90% just about IMMEDIATELY!!
You could not ask for better service. I highly recommend to any pet owner.

Rip off! Go with Pet Plan company
I have not received one dime on anything that I’ve sent in. They marked everything as pre-existing, even something that wasn’t. They offered a form to dispute that one, and have it re-evaluated. It isn’t worth my time. That’s only $50 out over $1000 that I submitted. Go with Pet Plan. I have that on my other dog, and no issues!
