Best investment for our Rottie.
This is our first time dealing with pet insurance and are on a limited income. We love our 3yr. old Rottie and want the best care for him, with this insurance, it makes it easier for us to take him to the Vet with unknown conditions to get checked out and treated promptly. He's very healthy but like a child, he gets into trouble outside. We just wish that for the coverage we got for him, the premiums would be cheaper, but have to say, our claims have been paid promptly. We have had the policy since Smokey was a puppy.

Marley's Legg Perthes Disease
Our 8 month old Morkie named Marley Jane began to walk with a slight limp in the beginning of August that got progressively worse each day. After a visit to her vet, she was diagnosed with Legg Perthes Disease. To our surprise, the best option for our little puppy to live a normal, pain free life was a full hip replacement! So on August 21, Marley underwent the $6,000 surgery to get a new hip. Now, eleven weeks after surgery, she is doing SO much better and feels great! If it weren't for Trupanion, we would have NEVER been able to do this for Marley. They were such a blessing!

These people totally rock!
I've had my dog Ruby insured by Healthy Paws since we adopted her almost a year ago. They provide an exceptional level of service. Just today - Ruby had a vet appointment to check out a swollen and irritated left eye. The appointment was at 2:30pm and at 2:55 - just 25 minutes later - I received the email telling me the claim had been processed and approved. Simply Amazing! I'm a customer for life

As a retired senior citizen, Embrace SAVED my dog.
In my retirement as a senior, and knowing this will be my last dog, I am so comforted to know that I can take good care of my best friend thanks to Embrace.

KIKI is so mUch Better
My dog KIKI had knee surgery and it cost $5,000.00+ Embrace paid 90% then the plate in her knee got infected and they paid another 90% of the $3,000.00 claim 6 months later . In the end Embrace paid out over $8,000. They covered 90% of the claim minus the $100 deductible, exactly as promised. The company did not try to weasel out of the claim and handled the claim with integrity, following through on everything that was promised before I signed up. Furthermore, they did not drop me as a client and sent me an e-mail about renewing my policy while all of this was going on.
I have definitely become a walking advertisement for Embrace. It is rare to find companies that actually do as promised and when I find one, I definitely like to spread the word.

Godsend
My 5 year old Shorkie rescue Spooky sustained an injury to his jaw while we were out of town which resulted in multiple fractures. The estimated cost of surgery was more than we could afford to pay. If he would have not had the surgery he would likely have had to eventually be put down due to infection. Thank God for Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! We were able to proceed with the surgery and charge it on a credit card knowing that we would receive a prompt reimbursement from Healthy Paws! Thanks to them, I still have my best friend who brings me unending joy everyday! Thank you Healthy Paws!

Thank you, Healthy Paws !!!,
We have a 10 year old American Eskimo named Snuggy who has been in great health and extremely low maintenance ….. Till this year when he injured his leg with bills around $200. Being that I have some insurance background, I decided to look into some pet health insurance. Just to be safe. I researched several plans and compared about 8 insurance plans on various criteria regarding monthly premiums, co-insurance, type of coverage’s, exclusions, policy limits etc. Based on my research I decided to go with Healthy Paws since they offered the best value for a full service health plan especially for an older dog!.... I wished us humans could get this type of value!!!! Just about a month into the plan Snuggy managed to get in more trouble by developing an eye problem He was diagnosed with lens luxiation (similar to human cataract). I figured some ointment and a couple of days rest that he would be just fine. Also, I figured on the high side it may cost a couple of hundred dollars. To my surprise our Vet indicated that he would need eye surgery performed by a specialized eye surgeon. So I decided to visit Eye Care for Animals which is a large Ophthalmology Practice with locations all over the US. They examined my dog about ½ hour and presented me with an estimate for about $3500, ouch! I naturally wanted to get a second opinion and opted out. Well they still presented me with a bill for about $500 which I had no choice but to pay. After some calling around I finally found a goo
