Compassionate and good service
My dog ruptured her cranial cruciate ligament and required surgery. Trupanion was there for me throughout the process and I received payment within days of submitting the bill. The total cost of the surgery was over $2700 and Trumpanion covered 90% minus the deductible. I couldn't be happier.

Huge help when things were not well with my dog

Don’t hold your breathe waiting to get reimbursed...takes forever
Once you go to the vet, and submit your claim...prepare to grow old waiting... typical insurance company quick to collect it takes forever to reimburse. I have to call customer service to ask him why is it taking so long and I keep getting the ticket take up to 30 days to get reimbursement fecal matter story. I’ve already in electronic payments, so once Godot finally shows, I can get paid. The customer does not want to hear that you have a large volume of claims and you’re doing your best to work through them. Would the Insurance company want to hear I’m trying to make your payment and I’m doing my best to process it through my systems, but each monthly payment could take up to 30 days to process. Oh wait they grab your financial information when you signed up so they take it out no matter what!!! It’s nice to take but it be nice to receive!

Good For Wellness and Overall Pet Emergencies
Good for wellness and overall emergencies. Had to pay for my dog to be spade because you will not do it the first year. I think that policy stinks.

Trupanion was the best decision we made for our Bayli .
Trupanion was the best decision we made for our Bayli. They are life savers , literally. Bayli had bladder stones and was taken into emergency surgery. Having Trupanion took care of us so we could take care of Bayli. Knowing you have Trupanion, takes away the added stress and worry.

Customer service is incredible.
Customer service is incredible. I have not run into one person who was not friendly, caring and not knowledgeable. My claims go through fast. And most of all, having Trupanion takes a lot of stress and pressure off of us when Bayli gets sick.
