In just over a year, tow of our yorkies have totaled four surgeries between them. Thank good for Healthy Paws! Prompt payment, simple forms, carring customer service. It just couldn't be any better.

So Far So Good with Embrace. We were really having a hard time picking between insurance carriers and ended up just pulling the trigger - figuring if we were unhappy we would just switch. And like I said, so far so good. I was hoping to get a little more back on our mastiff's entropian eye surgery but 60% isn't bad. I'm probably most happy with their promptness and customer service.

I saw my vet on Tuesday was referred to Specialty Hospital on Friday and had surgery Friday afternoon. I filed the claim a week later on Monday -- by Friday of the same week, the insurance company contacted me telling me how much was being paid on my claim. They were so quick and efficient. I have had pet insurance in the past with another company and they were not even close to the quality Trupanion is. I am so pleased with this company. Word of mouth is a powerful thing -- I am telling everybody about this insurance -- and I know several people have gotten insurance based on my good experience with this company.

Healthy Paws is everything they say they are and MORE! I've been with them since June of last year. I had to submit a large claim recently and they came through expeditiously, professionally, and didn't pick any claim item apart. I have to add that communicating with them was always a pleasure also. Even after the claim was paid, they still emailed me, asking about how our Maddie is doing and saying to give her a hug!! I am so impressed. I've already referred another person to them, and will continue to do so. I feel they truly do care for our animals, and know what they mean to us. They are top notch in my book!!
