Just doesnât seem to cover much. Also, unable to update anything (address, vet, etc) online. called customer service to update and my address and vet are still incorrect!

Love for pets
Because it was very easy to set up. I didnât see the charge on my credit card right away so I called and spoke to Amanda and she put it through right away!

Great Claims Experience
Having been a pet owner for a few years, I did not know what I was missing until I switched my Pets Insurance Policy to Metlife. My prior carrier required tons of documents, took almost a month to make a claim decision and often after several Q&A. Experience was totally different with Metlife. It took me less than 2 minutes to upload my paperwork and had a decision in less than 3 days. Options of receiving money through a mode of my choice makes it such a pleasant experience. I have just one issue .. and that is that I should have switched earlier .

UH OH - She ate what?!
I was sooo thankful to be able to take my girl in after a bout of 'indiscrete ingestion'. I am a student, so my budget is fixed - having Trupanion is the confidence I need to provide the best care for my girl! She is my second pup insured through Trupanion, and I'll never use anyone else! I've never felt anything other than cared for, and the coverage gives me the peace of mind to let my pups experience the world without financial anxiety! THANK YOU TRUPANION!

Easy and quick!
My dog has had a chronic ear infection problem for the last 6 months- each claim has been handled quickly! Very easy to use lemonade! And hoping my pups ear problems are a thing of the past!
