They pay with the speed of light!!

Our big dog Monarch has a lick granuloma on his right lower leg joint and is now going thru his 2nd round of laser treatment. Trupanion immediately paid for his first round and had already paid for his second round before his treatment even began. I call that fast! We made the right choice when we chose Trupanion even tho we didn't know we would be using it this soon.

Peace of Mind

My "baby" is 7 years old and generally in good health. We purchased ASPCA Pet Insurance for peace of mind. In a 6 month period we had to have her treated for an abscess, followed by a fungal skin infection, followed by an ear infection. We had to take her to an Emergency Animal Hospital for the abscess on a weekend so was costly. Fortunately, the ASPCA insurance covered a good portion of her bills. With this insurance I don't have to think about the cost first - I can just take her right away to have her treated. Filing claims and reimbursement are fast and easy. I wouldn't be without this insurance for my "baby".

Healthy Paws is Fantastic!!

My dog - Trixie a Bichon Frise - required major surgery & expensive medications leading up to it. The entire situation was very expensive. Healthy Paws made a painful situation much less so. I had a number of claims that were always responded to without hesitation or discussion. Claims have always been settled in an amazingly prompt fashion. I could not recommend them more highly. I am happy to report that my dog has made a full recovery & I am very grateful to Happy Paws.

Excellent Company

I have carried this insurance for 2 years and, unfortunately, have had to submit several claims. However, Trupanion has made it a simple process and have been extremely helpful. Their response and payment is very quick. While this company does not cover routine care, I think their coverage for accidents and illness is very good and very reasonable.

Excellent value and service

When my dog got hit by a car I submitted the claim from the emergency hospital and the follow-up at our regular vet and was reimbursed very quickly. I also received follow up correspondence asking how my dog was doing, which I thought was a very nice touch.

Love this company

I had always been told that per insurance was a waste of money and not worth the cost. When we got an English bulldog we decided to go ahead and try pet insurance for a year. That was the best decision we ever made! Pets best is the wonderful. It is easy to file, they process claims fairly and fast. They make it easy to understand what is covered. So far they have covered an ear infection and soft tissue injury.

Healthy Paws is fast and friendly

My dog had an allergic reaction and scratched her eye. She developed an ulcer that would not heal on its own. She had to see a specialist and have a surgery on her eye. Healthy Paws processed my claim within days and a week later, I had a reimbursement check. Several days later, I got an email asking how my dog was recovering. I really appreciated this extra touch and of course I was thankful for the speedy reimbursement. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone searching for pet insurance.

So glad I had coverage.

I had been unsure about getting my older dog covered and he got quite sick. After very expensive surgery he was fine, but I had not yet signed up. I then decided to cover both he and my younger dog. Good thing too, because the younger one was attacked by a much larger dog and needed life saving surgery and follow up care. She is fine now and my budget is too thanks to the prompt claim payment process. The monthly payment is managable and is worth it.

ASPCA saved our 3 year old cat!

After raising children and grandchildren, we picked a kitten out for us in our retirement years. She is loving, playful and smart. When we had our regular vet exam, he asked how often she threw up. We reported she threw up 1-2 times a month. He did a sonogram on the spot and detected a thickening of her small intestines. He suspected it could be cancer or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, which if neglected could lead to cancer. It was alarming and so upsetting that our Addie would only live a short time or require complex treatment even if it wasn't cancer. We tracked her vomiting which increased from twice to 8 times only two months later. The vet performed surgery and sent samples of the bowel for study. That surgery was $1700.00, something we could not afford on our fixed income. There was a complex regime that followed to rule out any other cause of her vomiting, again expensive. The biopsy results were negative for cancer, thankfully, but we still had to find the protocol for her nutrition, probiotics, and vitamins to safe guard her health and give her the best possible quality of life for as long as possible. We could not be more grateful for ASPCA Insurance. Because of the insurance, she has had outstanding care from a feline specialist who caught the signs of her illness at its onset. We could not have provided this treatment without help. Our claims were handled promptly, leaving us a payment within our reach, and any time we have had contact with a representative; they wer
