Very happy with my insurance
Hartville Pet Health Insurance has always been really prompt with reimbursement, and they follow up with phone calls to make sure you're satisfied. Our dog has had a number of health issues, so I've had to file multiple forms, and I've always been happy.

I'd Reccommend
Although there is some ambiguity as to what is covered and what isn't without reading the fine print, ASPCA tends to process claims quickly, approve a reasonably fair amount of the bill total, and pay promptly.

It was so upsetting to find out Mr. Peabody had cancer. Your claims process really helped ease some of the pressure. It is so simple and reimbursement is fast. You could teach the human" health insurance companies how claims should process. "

Claim Was Denied Because Puppy…
Claim was denied because puppy had not received bordatella immunization. This was a recommendation of my bet since the puppy does not go to doggie day care or dog park or boarding kennel. Somehow he possibly picked up kennel cough as dx by vet as most likely reason for his cough.
