My dog, Gracie had a very severe bladder infection that resulted in a trip to an emergency 24/7 veterinary clinic (of course these sort of things dont happen during regular business hours). They started her on medication only to contact me a few days later that her culture results showed the presence of e-coli and she would have to be switched to another antibiotic. She was on that for a couple of days and unfortunately suffered side effects from the new antibiotic resulting in another trip to her regular vet who prescribed different medication. Through it all her PetsBest insurance processed her claims efficiently. So great to not to have to worry about anything other than getting Gracie the care that she needed. "

I recently wrote to Healthy Paws regarding my 5 month old Yorkie, Roxy. I fed her 4 raisins only to find out afterwards that they could kill her. I rushed her to the emergency clinic where her bill came out to about $1100. I submitted her claim to Healthy Paws and am getting back $872.00. They are awesome! The EOB was completely understandable. I had no questions and the process was prompt and thorough. Although this was a large claim, it was handled with the utmost professionalism.
