I took my Greyhound Butter for a tooth cleaning and she required some extractions. Trupanion and my vet made submitting the required paperwork for insurance coverage easy and I rec'd the reimbursement check in less than 10 days !!

Impressed with the professionalism
I've been with Embrace for over a year now. Every time I've needed assistance they have been pleasant, quick and informative. This is my first experience having pet insurance and I was leery of what it would entail. I'm impressed. Thanks!

A seemingly caring insurance company.
My Molly, a rescued puppy mill Maltese, has been insured by this company for about 3 years. They would not cover the allergy problem due to it being pre-existing. However, they have covered everything else I had made claims on in an expeditious manner. They have lowered my rates based on the amount of total claims for the year being lower than expected. They cover many things that other companies didn't. I will continue to use them as long as I have a pet.

Satisfied customer.
All my claims to date have been covered by the Wellness Package I purchased (checkups & heartworm medication). The claims were handled promptly. This is the first time using pet insurance and I have been very pleased with Embrace.

Fast, friendly, and convenient!
For the past 4 years I have always submitted my claims via mail, then waited up to 10 days for my check. This time I decided to file my claim electronically, and I was quite surprised at how "user friendly" your process is. I also signed up for electronic transfer directly into my bank account. Now instead of a week to 10 days, I received my refund within 48-72 hours.

I've had one dog with an immune mediated disease, one who ripped a huge hole in her front leg, and one who, at age 9, developed seizures due to hydrocephalus. All claims were paid quickly and with little trouble. I did have to get additional information about what was thought a pre-existing condition, but after my vet wrote an explanation, all was covered. A+

So responsive
I was submitting my first claim with Pets Best, and had a few questions. The representative on the phone answered them with ease. He was efficient, and very friendly! I'm very pleased that I chose an insurance company that is so responsive.
