Amazing customer service and value
Embrace has incredible coverage for the price. They have a very quick turnaround in claims and the customer service has always been top notch, in any department I've dealt with. VERY pleased with them over the 6 years we've been with them.

Thank god for ASPCA Insurance
My Snoopy was really sick and in a lot of pain after taking him to the best doctor and many tests they found what was wrong it was very costly going almost every day for a weeknow Snoopy if better and himself glad to have him back
The best thing I ever did was get ASPCA Insurance. I had another insurance for a few years but they never paid anything I don't know what I would without the insurance and best of all they paid me in a week Thank You ASPCA

I constantly tell people how wonderful Trupanion is.
I constantly tell people how wonderful Trupanion is...I've been with Trupanion for 4 years now....not only are the rates reasonable...but service and friendliness ...is through the roof...this insurance covers more than most coverages at a reasonable rate...when I needed emergency medical care for my cat...Trupanion was there and to the rescue...it is the greatest thing I've ever done...I have such great peace of mind ..knowing my cat is cared for....Trupanion...truly cares for animals....

Very happy with my insurance
Hartville Pet Health Insurance has always been really prompt with reimbursement, and they follow up with phone calls to make sure you're satisfied. Our dog has had a number of health issues, so I've had to file multiple forms, and I've always been happy.

I'd Reccommend
Although there is some ambiguity as to what is covered and what isn't without reading the fine print, ASPCA tends to process claims quickly, approve a reasonably fair amount of the bill total, and pay promptly.

Claim Was Denied Because Puppy…
Claim was denied because puppy had not received bordatella immunization. This was a recommendation of my bet since the puppy does not go to doggie day care or dog park or boarding kennel. Somehow he possibly picked up kennel cough as dx by vet as most likely reason for his cough.
