I have always and will continue to tell every dog owner that I meet how important it is to have pet insurance and I then share all of our experiences with the Trupanion and how having this insurance has been a life saver!

No not at all.
No not at all. Your explanation of benefits online does not contain any information re: what was or wasn't covered and claims take far too long to process. My friend uses healthypaws who outline every line item that was covered and they send an acknowledgement of claims receipt immediately then process the claim within 24-48 hours.

I will change my answer when my issue gets results actually Ari was very helpful and found the issue but it needs to be resolved they owe me about $800 of double holding of deductible once it's resolved through the best right now I'm $800 in the hole
