The people are wonderful and responsive. The settlement on the claims were fair and fast. I gave it an 8 because it is not cheap. It is great to have when you have a problem like mine, surgery to remove a mass, but I sure pay for the coverage. But, as I said in the beginning, the people were great, the claims were paid out without debating and payment was issued quickly. You get what you pay for.

I am very happy with my Trupanion. Getting insurance for my pets was the best thing I could’ve done for us. After I order my dog’s medication, I log in to my account and begin my Trupanion claim using my receipt.
I signed up for text message updates and I get updates from Trupanion every step of the way. They let me know they received my claim. They let me know that they are working on my claim. And then they let me know that my claim is completed. They let me know the details of what was paid on my claim by text too. I am very well-informed and everything seems to go so smoothly every step of the way. I really love this process because it is very fast and I am continuously updated. Thank you Trupanion! Great job! ??

Question the value of this policy
Seems like every claim is exempt. Not really sure why I continue paying this. You guys provide zero value and zero incentive to continue paying this premium.
