My dog Lucy Lu got a rosebush thorn in her eye and had to have emergency surgery to save her eye. I didn't wait and took her to my vet, who then recommended an eye specialist that saved her eye. the cost 3 thousand dollars. Nationwide paid 90% of ALL her vet bills. Thank You Nationwide cause I have 4 dogs insured with you guys. Don't know what I would have done if ALL 4 dogs got into the rose bushes. Since then we removed those bushes from their play area. They love to dig and hunt for Lizards so I'm sure Lucy Lu got her injury from that. I highly recommend Nationwide for your pets. Larry B. Slidell,La.

We recently made 2 claims in a row for our 8 year old Yorkie under the major medical coverage. Filling out the one page claim form was a breeze and turn around on the claim with payment, less the deductible, was very prompt. Great service!

I have had Embrace for approximately 3 years. Anytime i have a question a rep contacts me back timely. The wellness package is convenient and the claims processing is very easy. The return on the claim is also pretty fast. I would totally recommend this insurance to another pet owner.

I have always loved how easy it is to submit claims and receipts to Trupanion. I wish it were so easy for human insurance policies! I also just added direct deposit info so that should make life even easier.

My claim was denied even though my dog Chis has a hereditary problem and you claim hereditary conditions are covered. Chis has hereditary bad knees/hips. I had to get my Lailie's back knees fixed because her toes turned in and she was constantly falling. Yet you denied my claim saying it was pre-existing condition. Well yeah it was hereditary, which you say you cover. So basically you lied about what you cover and I did the upgraded insurance coverage. I won't be renewing next year because quite frankly you suck and I'm very disappointed and will be letting the HR department at my company know you lie about your coverage.
