I have been with embrace for three years now. I don't know what I would do without them! It makes my life easy knowing they have my 3 babies covered! Embrace is always there to help and get claims done in a speedy manner!

We just recently had to file our first claim with Healthy Paws and it was easier than I could have imagined. Once the claims paperwork was submitted it was only a matter of days before I started receiving emails that the claims were being processed. I had to call on two different occasions with questions and my questions were answered in a very professional manner. The claims department made sure that I understood their process and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Healthy Paws provides great coverage and wonderful service. While I've had dogs all my life, most of them rescues, I have never purchased pet insurance until 2015, when I adopted Finn, a 5 year old terrier mix. After reviewing many different insurance policies from different companies, I felt that Embrace would be the best. Wow...they are fantastic! Unfortunately for Finn and our pocketbook, a year after we adopted him, he was diagnosed with heartworms (negative before we got him, but took that long for them to show up!). This an very expensive disease to treat, and Embrace came through for us. Very easy for the vet's office to complete their portion of a single piece of paper, and very easy to submit to Embrace. I heard back from them quickly, and got my check within a few weeks. Not only that, but the folks you deal with are animal lovers and personalize their emails, I receive lovely newsletters, etc. I feel that I got a terrific insurance, and plan on keeping it throughout Finn's life and beyond to the next rescue!

I am very appreciative to ASPCA Pet Insurance for their help with this. My beloved puppydog - Niki - had torn her ACL, and the surgery and meds cost me a ton. They paid for most of the cost, and considering I am financially challenged at the moment, was extremely helpful. They also called me to find out how Niki was doing. Previously, Zak had a problem with his bowels - the canine version of IBS - and they have coverd all his meds. These guys are great.

First time ever that I made the decision to purchase pet insurance when I adopted Finn, a 5 year old terrier mix from a wonderful rescue group in Dallas, TX. After researching many insurance companies, I decided on Embrace, and that was a very smart decision! Turns out that even though Finn was initially heartworm negative, he ended up with heartworms (all a timing issue, it seems), and we've gone through what might have been very expensive veterinarian care to rid Finn of the heartworms. With Embrace, it became very affordable, and Finn is now healthy again! Embrace is actually a good name for this company, because along with the ease of use to file claims, check on them, etc., they are warm dog-loving folks who are wonderful to work with. As you can probably tell, I plan on staying with Embrace moving forward.

Speed of claim processing, I'd rate as 10. Additional Wellness Addendum to my insurance---very useful program that acts as a pet savings account to ensure I have a little cash when the dogs need their heart worm/flea preventative. I'd rate that as a 10. Communication of claim status is rated as a 10. Overall---when comparing this insurance to another insurance I had previously---this was cheaper per month and covered a very wide variety of ailments, including hip dysphasia. A great value for a little piece of mind.

As a owner who feels that her best friends deserve the best care possible this insurance has made that task so much easier. It has provided a valuable offset to the expenses of caring for our furry friends. I would highly recommend this insurance specially to those of us who have older friends. Sashai is 13 years old and Maggy is 3 years old.

Took out the Embrace Wellness Insurance on our 7 year old Shih Tzu in February and she went for her annual in April as well as a teeth cleaning and I was amazed at how fast Embrace paid the claim. I mailed the invoice to them on a Friday and by the next Thursday I received an email telling me it had been reviewed and accepted and they were cutting a check for the services. Sure wish my personal health insurance was as efficient.

Since purchasing this insurance the customer service staff has been there every step of the way to answer all my questions concerning this insurance.
