Great pet insurance
I have a dog covered and I don’t regret! All the time I needed to take her to the vet for ear or urine infection I claimed my invoice and got the proportional amount back in very short time!
I always recommend Furkin to friends!

Not as Advertised - Unethical Practices
I purchased pet insurance when my dog was below one year old especially when the insurance advertisements stated “locked-in premium fee”. I trusted the statement but my premium went up without any notice. Fetch charged my card without informing me why the premium had gone up, no reasons were given. Hidden and surprised charges. Very unethical.

We are so thankful we chose Pets Plus
We have had Pets Plus insurance since day 1 of owning our Rottweiler Vincent after much research and they have been nothing short of spectacular for all 3 years of his life.
Customer service is so kind, friendly and helpful every time you call (and I have called a LOT). They have never made me feel as if they were looking for reasons to deny a claim, rather they seek to help and validate your claims. Of course - you need to choose the right insurance for you and abide by those rules but they are very helpful.
Vincent has gone through 2 very serious TPLO surgeries, both within 8 months of each other, and both costing upwards or $5k each. Needless to say an unexpected cost of over $10k in 8 months would have been distressing for us. Each time Pets Plus was supportive, understanding, and due to the coverage we chose covered 80% of the cost and made it very easy to submit. Payment was made within the month for both claims.
We would absolutely recommend this outstanding company to insure your pet. Any cost is worth it for the service you get.
Thank you sincerely!

Claim
My boy was recently diagnosed with ARVC, a heart condition know predominately in boxers. Having PPU Insurance has given me the peace of mind to get him the best care I can and not have to think twice about it. I truly am happy I have it. This last claim was for a 24 hour emergency vet visit.

So happy with this service
We decided to get pet insurance as more and more people around us were telling us things with their own pet. We are so thankful we did, as not longer after we enrolled our dog had an accident that would have been a large financial strain on our family. The turn around time was amazingly quick, from submitting to receiving refund. I have only had to call into once regarding something else, but the agent was extremly helpful and I'm happy I've chosen PetsPlusUs at this point.

Great service
Healthy Paws was top notch in service and an actual person took time to check in on my dog to ensure that he was doing well after an emergency surgery, rather than sending some canned email. I was so touched that they genuinely were interested in my dog's well being and we weren't just a "case". I would highly, highly recommend Healthy Paws for any pet owner. They processed our claim quickly, answered all of our questions respectfully and timely and, again, followed up directly to make sure all was well. A++++++ service

Bad Faith
Beware, they have the cheapest policy for a reason! I'm currently preparing for a bad faith claim against Embrace, and I would encourage the multiple other customers who are posting similar reviews to do the same.
Paid for their service for an entire year for my two small, acute claims to be placed on hold indefinitely due to Embrace being "unable to obtain a prior physical from our vet to rule out pre-existing conditions". Please note, the diagnoses for these claims were "laceration" and "broken nail".
Received several notices stating I did not need to take action, they would continue contacting the vet's office, and not to worry. Asked our vet to send the records to embrace, and they stated they had. I have used two vets offices in the past, but had only seen one of them within the past year. I contacted that vet myself and uploaded their physical to the portal within the requested time frame but continued to receive the "insufficient information" response.
After multiple emails to Embrace about the status of my claims I finally decided to give up and cut my losses on the claim amounts. After calling to cancel and ask for a refund of my policy (since they withheld services for my claims due to "insufficient information" but continued charging my card) I was told I would not be able to be refunded for "their coverage provided to me" (again, none of my claims have been able to be processed. I would not consider that to be "coverage provided" and I doubt the bench will either).
Per customer service since I had two vets listed in my portal they were awaiting records from the vet I hadn't seen in the past year (because they don't exist). Per the representative they have to have documentation from years prior even though I uploaded a physical from the other vet as requested. I called the other Vet myself and had records from over a year ago emailed to ME instead of requesting they be sent to Embrace. They were in my inbox within minutes, no questions asked.... Called customer service back and asked if they ever called the vet's office instead of trying to contact them via robot emails and was told "usually only after we have had several failed requests AND THE CUSTOMER ASKS US TO".
Seems like they will do anything they can to take your monthly payment without working to help you or your pet! Hoping my claims will be fulfilled since I have taken action. If that is the case I will happily update my review from 1-star to 2.... but I'm not holding my breath.
