Frustration and aggravation

Thank you for accepting my claim, but I would like to know why, after nearly 10 weeks, no one ever acknowledged the claim until I notified Embrace and asked that question. I would also like to know why I was required to list every vet visit Shadaux has had since signing on, September 2105. It took several hours to figure out all of the paperwork, and for what? I was only putting in for one claim I should have been entitled to.....not for his many Wellness visits. I honestly felt like I was being viewed as a criminal, attempting to cheat you.

Excellent customer service

Embrace pet insurance has been very easy to manage. Excellent customer service whether via email or phone handling all questions and clarifying any issues. Reimbursement process is easy and quick, always receiving my claims in about a week's time.

I did refer a friend to Trupanion who is getting a new puppy late july, but it seems to be taking longer than usual to get reinbursed the money I put out of pocket.

I did refer a friend to Trupanion who is getting a new puppy late july, but it seems to be taking longer than usual to get reinbursed the money I put out of pocket. Other times I have used the insurance I received the money direct deposit in my account within 5-7 days after it was received. My claim was received on May 30th 2017. It is now June 9th and I called regarding this issue and was told it would be a few more weeks to process. Im not happy about that and I told a friend that they paid their claims fast, but now Im not so sure.

My Pbgv Was Diagnosed With Glauco...

My PBGV was diagnosed with Glaucoma 2 years ago. Since you cover the cost of his medical care he still has his eyes and his pressures are within normal range. Just wish the premiums weren't so expensive.

Embrace a big THANK YOU

Once again Embrace came through when one of my kitties suffered from an acute kidney injury. Because Embrace reimbursed us for most of the charges I will be able to continue having the treatment for Sasha.They are a life saver.
