The submitting the claim and the time it took to process was very quick. Even taking to a really helpful human on a phone and clarifying what needed to be done was really great!

Extremely easy to submit a claim
Extremely easy to submit a claim and was pay much faster than expected. Never thought I was going to ever have the need for pet insurance. Luckily I had trupanion and it made paying for the life saving emergency surgery on my dog less of a burden.

My dog Kona had a life-threatening medical condition that was quite difficult to diagnose, and involved multiple tests and procedures. Healthy Paws was wonderful throughout the entire process. The surgical care receptionist told me we picked a good provider for insurance, and I heartily agree!
