Great coverage for the unexpected illnesses
I am so thankful I have Pet's Best Insurance for both my dogs.I own two rescued Basset Hounds. They were "supposed to be"
healthy when I adopted them. They are healthy now. Of course, there are always unexpected illnesses.
Because Pet's Best has helped me with my dog's
illnesses over the years, I'm able to help "my girls" live in health & happiness. Thank You Pet's Best!

Excellent care & service
We've been a customer since 2007. We've always had quick turnarounds with our claims. The reimbursement amount is more than fair! ASPCA plans have excellent coverage for our 3 feline family. Their customer service reps are very polite. I recommend ASPCA to all our pet friends. In my opinion, there is no better insurance to have than ASPCA!

Caring, swift and accurate!
Healthy Paws claim service (I used online) is very simple and easy to use, requiring minimal effort and time to submit the claim form. Their response to my claim was almost immediate, assuring me my claim was received and accepted, and they continued to keep me informed until they had settled the claim. I don't know what else I could or should expect from an insurance company. And then, they sent me a personal note wanting to know how my pet was recovering from the ordeal -- good folks, someone's paying attention.

So Thankful for Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws once again saved us financially and allowed us to get the best treatment for our puppy. Lexie had a horrible case of hemmorhagic gastroenteritis and IBD. She had to be hospitalized for several days as well under go testing and exploratory surgery. The bill was close to $6k and hp sent our check for almost $5200 in less than a week. I was so thankful to be able to do what needed to be done to save my dogs life and get to the bottom of what was going on without having to go into serious debt. You hope you never have to use the insurance, but if something serious happens to your dog it is a life saver.
I have used other pet insurance companies with some other dogs over the years but I decided to go with healthy paws when we got the puppy because of all the good reviews. I am so thankful I did. Healthy paws is so much better than their competition. They have no limits to payouts and the claims/reimbursement process is so simple and fast. They process your claim in usually 24 hours and you get the check within a week. Absolutely no hassles. I've actually had to appeal claims with the other pet insurance when they tried to get out of paying using their loopholes. There are no loop holes with healthy paws. You pick your deductible and payout percentage. Once your annual deductible is met they pay the percentage agreed upon minus the office visit, special food, and routine care costs (ex. Vacines). All testing, treatments, medications etc...are

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !!
Sadly our Bullmastiff fell sick with Hermangiosarcoma recently and was close to death....This is not about the vets as I have already posted about them this is about Trupanion....What a wonderful experience we have had....gentle, caring, passionate and the best customer service experience I have ever had....they took the financial stress out of a terrible situation and literally gave our baby boy the chance to live.....he underwent major surgery and is now on chemo therapy.....all of which appears to be a success at this stage.....Trupanion have been nothing short of brilliant and the hospital also say the same ! The CEO even responded to me when I said a personal email to him thinking me for my custom and wishing Boscoe a speedy recovery....The CEO !!I have told as many people as I can about this company and I hope that everyone who has a beloved pet insures with Trupanion !

So Glad I Chose Embrace
I am so glad I chose Embrace. Their customer service is excellent and they make the claim process easy. They keep you updated on your claim and process your claims quickly. Every time I have called, they are friendly and address your questions and concerns. I did research on all the pet insurances and was apprehensive about how the claims process would work for pet insurance if I ever needed to use my plan; but, I couldn't be happier! My dog is like a child, and I am so glad we have Embrace. I will definitely be recommended them to my friends and family.

THIS is THE ONE
My Standard Poodle George suddenly became very ill. He started throwing up and in two days also developed diarrhea. I attributed the regurgitation vigorous playing to the heat of Texas summer that is coming on and started feeding him later in the day and earlier in the morning. Once the pooping issues started I knew something more was going on. After pumpkin as a home remedy did not affect either symptom I made a late night trip to the critical care unit of our local vet specialty hospital. George was admitted immediately and was put on IV fluids. Blood was drawn, urine was taken and a fecal analysis was ordered.
It was the holiday weekend (of course!) so the lab results came in slowly. The possibility of an obstruction was considered since things were coming out both ends... they ordered x-rays of his chest and his belly, not much was seen so an ultrasound was ordered. Nothing was there except for lots of fluid in his stomach. (thank God he did not need surgery!)
FINALLY after a few days in the hospital the fecal came back. It was Giardia!! Now we knew what to do! George was treated with the appropriate medications and after a couple more days of fluids and IV medication he was released to come home. He is still on medication to get him well (2 weeks) and is feeling much better.
I can not describe the feeling I had when the staff of the hospital presented me with his estimated bill that first night. It was bad enough that he was so ill- but now the stress of a hu

Wish Human Insurance this Good!
Sadly, we had to put our 4 year old Golden Retriever, Sasha, to sleep recently after an 8 month battle with Lymphoma. It was a very difficult process but made much easier by the wonderful people at Trupanion as well as the ease of filing her insurance bill claims. Apparently this process will be getting even easier soon. I have been a human doctor for 20 years and deal with insurance issues almost daily. If our healthcare system adopted the Trupanion method, our country would have much better and affordable healthcare as well as less complicated. After Sasha died, I spoke with Cynthia to cancel her policy. She was very sweet and empathetic and even sent me a letter of condolence. The personal treatment, the ease of signing up, paying the premium, and picking your policy as well as the ease of paying/reimbursement for care make this insurance company quite incredible. I strongly recommend them for your pet and maybe one day for humans as well. Thanks Trupanion for making our loss of Sasha a little bit easier. Dr. Brown, M.D.
