Better Than No Insurance
I find that the reasons for coverage and non-coverage are not clear. Claims take much too long to process, they should be finalized in under 21 days so that credit cards payments for the vet bill can be paid within the monthly cycle. I will say that their customer service representatives are very friendly and super helpful.

Overall awesome
They have very easy claims submission, and the app is great. Fast claims processing as well, and direct deposit reimbursements.
Highly reccomend.

So grateful to Nationwide!
Nakita has had a few symptoms over the fall that might have been troubling. Mostly, lameness in her right front foot. My wonderful vet, heal, was very thorough in getting to the root of this. It turned out to be a foreign body embedded in one of her toes. She also had a skin inflammation and needed to be checked for ringworm . It was negative , and cleared up with some steroidal cream. Today, she is a sweet, silly girl. I am very grateful for my Nationwide Insurance, which allows me to take the best possible care of the dog I love.

Always prompt service and kindness
My dog has epilepsy and since we met our deductible , we ve been receiving our 90 for all treatment , his meds are expensive (3 times/ day). Always prompt service and kindness.

Nationwide has done well by our dog.
Our dog has been a client of Nationwide for a number of years now.
He has had quite a few veterinary visits over the years. Nationwide has helped us pay for those visits. Nationwide has been very fair in the disbursement of those funds in those claims.
I certainly can highly recommend the company for anyone with animals.
