Happy with Healthy Paws
I ve had Healthy Paws for almost two years now. Happy with the service. Although they are not covering the cost of the visit itself, its still a good coverage for major medical expenses. Claim submission process is easy, processing time is reasonable.

Embrace is WONDERFUL
Excellent coverage. Claims submission and processing is very smooth. Customer service is excellent. Considering that you work with them during very stressful times, they truly make your life easier. I've had Embrace for all my 4 kitties for over 7 years now and I was always very happy with the overall service. Because of them I was able to offer my kitties the best medical care. And save their lives.

I was hoping to have a positive experience this time with a large dollar claim that I submitted.
I was hoping to have a positive experience this time with a large dollar claim that I submitted. I had to call because it was overlooked in my fax. The representative assured me that the large dollar claim witll be sent for processing as soon as possible and apologized for it having been overlooked. I was hoping not to have issues such as this because this is a financial hardship for me. The small dollar claim included in the fax was paid quickly.
