Very reliable and effective insurance

I'm 72 years old and rescued Winston when he was 4 1/2 years old. He's my baby and my best friend, at 13 years old, he has some issues, but I'm right on top of things when it comes to him. Just knowing I have the insurance with Nationwide makes it a lot easier for me in determining his care. I had Nationwide insurance with my last beagle and was extremely satisfied and that is why I chose you people again for Winston. No question about it. My daughter also has your insurance for her 2 dogs. No one should be without pet insurance, just like people shouldn't be without health insurance.

I was so nervous picking out insurance coverage because there are so many. After extensive research I chose Embrace. Placing the first claim I was holding my breath waiting to be asked a million questions & for more documentation. Nope- their fill in the blanks form & copy of the veterinarian’s itemized receipt was all they needed. After an email that same day confirming that they received the docs I got another email 2 days later telling me a check was on the way!

Although I wish the claim was higher to cover more if the cost. The whole process was fast and easy

My experience with Healthy Paws has been very positive. I have a diabetic dog who had surgery to remove a tumor and also cataract surgery. Submitting claims has been very easy to do on their website, and they reimbursed me in less than a week for all the claims that have been made. I highly recommend this to anyone who want comprehensive coverage and a positive experience with pet insurance

I tried to file my claim on line for the first time. I wasn't able to upload my documents. I called and left a VM which was returned by a customer service rep. She was extremely helpful and I was given great service to get my claim filed and documents sent! Thank you very much.
