I wish I’d heard about Nationwide sooner.
I had gone with another insurance company before I knew about Nationwide. They were overpriced and barely covered anything—certainly not well puppy visits.
There mobile app is good for filing claims—a little confusing to use, but it does the job.
And so far Nationwide has been very good with handling claims in a timely manner.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone—especially if you have a new puppy like I do.

Wonderful product. So thankful to have it.
We are so grateful to have Natiowide for our boy! He is a young, healthy, beautiful boy - but he had a such rough year last year! First - ongoing GI issues, and then being hit by a car in a freak accident. Nationwide stood by us all the way. Multiple expensive testing, treatments, and a surgery - all covered. Now that he is healthy and happy - we know we could not have done it without your help!

Pet Embrace makes the whole process very convenient
Pet Embrace makes the whole insurance claim process very easy. When you do have to call they are very friendly and they try to make the whole process very easy. I would recommend Pet Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance.

Great coverage but ease of claims behind the times
I am very glad that our pet is covered under Nationwide pet insurance. We have utilized it several times since purchase. My only complaint would be the length of time required to receive a reimbursement and the ease of submitting a claim. There is no reason it should not be fully electronic. I fax my claims in now. I also did this in 1992.

Grateful for Nationwide!
I have been widowed twice and in 2016, a couple of months after my second husband died, I was walking along the beach in the Dominican Republic and a sweet little puppy kept pursuing me. She was part of a litter that was living on the beach. I brought her home to the US and my daughter told me about Nationwide Insurance. I never have to want to make a decision on whether or not to have my dog treated medically because of finances, and having Nationwide assures that I will always be able to give her the best care.
