Worth the wait
Despite the time it took (just shy of 3 weeks) to get the reimbursement, I am so impressed with PetsBest Insurance! It is so comforting knowing the bill I paid up front wasn't near the amount I'd end up paying in the end. They stand by their word. They covered everything after the deductible and my percentage had been met. The bill was 461 and I received 316 back. I am so grateful there are honest companies out there willing to help me with my unhealthy little one. I give this company 5 stars!!

Extenuating Circumstances.
My puppy broke his leg within days of initiating my policy. It was just past the accident waiting period and Jackie and Jessica were very supportive with what we were dealing with. Embrace was very understanding with the limited history I had on our puppy, but in the end they proved to themselves he was in fact healthy before his accident. Claims with any insurance are not easy, I know I sell Home/Auto insurance. But the compassion and empathy shown by Embrace and it's employees was outstanding. If you take a step back and look at things from an unbiased standpoint most customer service related businesses are usually doing what they can to resolve the problem at hand, and if not a phone call will help get the train moving again. Very appreciative and satisfied with the service I received and will continue with Embrace as long as I have pets.

I am satisfied with my insurance here.
I am very happy with Pets Best. I didn't know what to expect with my claim. I've had other insurance and my coverage was getting less and less.

Great HELP when accidents happen
Few big run ins with cows and cats caused a lot of trouble for my dog. ASPCA were great in getting my claim processed quickly. Helpful customer service. Only insurance I would ever get.

Embrace really does what they say they'll do
It's true. No hassles about the price you paid for a service. They reimburse me 90% of what I pay -- not the standard "negotiated reasonable" I use a vet who is very inexpensive, so I am sure Embrace appreciates that, but it's nice to know that Embrace does what they say. If I have to go to an expensive ER they have paid the same 90% rate in the past. They are always prompt processing claims and are great on the phone to explain the claims themselves. I've been with them 3 years now and would never change!! They are great! In fact, my vet now has a stack of Embrace brochures -- I think they are sold too.

I have been impressed with Trupanion's fast response when I submit a claim and their Customer Service when I have called with a question. When I submit a claim, I get an emailed confirmation right away. When they are reimbursing me, I get an email with the amount and the check arrives within a week. I did get preauthorization when my dog had knee surgery which helps on processing additional related claims and reimbursement.
