EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
These passionate animal lovers, what can I say! Just wow, when it comes to customer service. Courteous, expedient, efficient, and reliable. They actually care. On one occasion, the rep, after asking, "who do I have the pleasure of speaking with today," asked me, "how is Bailey doing?" It's the little things folks, that always leave the BIGGEST indelible impressions. Thank you Dan! Love these people man. And they process claims with lightning speed and efficiency. Direct deposit is the way to go. So glad to have Embra e on Bailey's team!

Pets Best is THE BEST!
Pets Best is the best pet insurance for my 3 year old AKC German Shepherd male dog!
The coverage is good and claims are easy to file and if a refund is due the company explains clearly what IS or IS NOT covered and are fast in processing. My Shepherd began having seizures and all his blood work/MRI/ and current ongoing medications were/are covered under the plan I have after co pay if any is needed. I have used another pet insurance company with my other German Shepherds BUT I found Pets Best to be the BEST so for! :)

The 90% plan is worthless
The 90% plan is worthless. They don't process claims within 30 days, and they deny things for ridiculous reasons. We are filing a complaint with the state Insurance Commissioner and these people are going to learn some respect for their customers!

Surgery improved my dogs life.
Finnegan had surgery for gallstones. He was miserable throwing up and being lethargic. Surgery improved his quality of life.
