I have had to file several claims since I have been insured and have been very pleased with the process. I would recommend having pet insurance on any pet. Thank you very much ASPCA!

My Terrier had major digestive problems which lead to vet costs of about $1000. The claim was handled quickly by ASPCA Pet Insurance. Her next major expense was due to a surgery for what turned out to be a benign tumor that was attached to her rear leg muscle. The surgery and medicines was over $750. I was thankful she had insurance. Paying premiums monthly had prevented big vet bills from biting so hard.

When I initially switched to this company they kept messing up my claims and did not know what a credit from the VET was. Once they worked that out there have not been any issues. My dog has a lot of health issues and I am very thankful that I have EMBRACE Pet Insurance because I never have to hesitate to take Chancey to the VETs for fear of how much it will cost.

After my last dog developed allergies and then died of cancer, I was stuck with a large amount of debt that I am still paying back. My pets are my children and I would do anything for them. So when we got our new puppy, we decided to look into pet insurance. After comparing the different companies rates, coverage, and reviews we decided on Embrace. This was the best decision we could have made. Our monthly payment is reasonable and it is easy to access the insurance forms to give to our veterinarian. After some initial paperwork, all of our claims have been paid quickly. Embrace also emails us every time they receive a claim or send us a check. We plan on continuing to insure our dog with Embrace, and will be adding our new puppy to our policy once he is born.

I just want to thank you for being soooo great in our time of need ! We filed claims for Gracee Mae our sweet fur baby who ingested my husband's Mobic for his pain for his knee. It was an awful, terrifying experience but with prayers and a miracle and our wonderful veterinarian - she is back to super dog again after several weeks. Our claims were filed so easily and we got immediate response from you and have already received our checks. In all the stress and tears - you were there for us. I wish our human insurance was half as good as your group. My lab, Lincoln, has had both ACLs repaired and Healthy Paws has been there for both of them. The claims were processed within a few weeks. I would struggled to pay for the surgeries had it not been for Healthy Paws. They even emailed to check on Lincoln's progress. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

It's going to be 2 months and I still have not heard anything from them. When I called I asked the lady if the skin problems are covered and she's like that it's really up to the team to decide. Such a gray scale, they can pretty much deny you for no reason. Not impressed, will not be choosing this company and will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

We got insurance on Maybull earlier this year. I am wondering what took us soo long. We had insurance on our first bulldog & it was a disaster. We had some great friends convince us to give ASPCA a chance. And I wish I had done this years ago.
