It's great for surgical procedures. For the same illness it doesn't t include the medication which is expensive. I recommend it for all dogs. You don't know when you purchase a dog how ill the dog really is.

Very smooth experience.
Very smooth experience. Trupanion really helped put our mind at ease after we went through a scary and emotional medical emergency with our Oscar. I've told all my pet friends to make sure to get their animal friends protected through Trupanion!

They were wonderful
My poor dog tore his ACL, we were nervous and worried about him but having the piece of mind that we can get him any care he made need thanks to Trupanion made things a little easier. They paid the claim quickly and at 90 , they were wonderful.
